ೱ The legend of Evo ೱ

Evo is a legendary server, nobody knew who was on it or who was the admin, it was a mystery and the player list had been deleted...

Grian was nervous for the end of season 6 as it reminded him of the 'updates' in EVO, he was just afraid something was going to go wrong or the Watchers interfered.

He shook his head, no, he was just paranoid and overthinking, X-eye-suma-void was a great admin and everything was under control.

Nobody actually knew his secret, or any of his secrets. First was that he once was an admin, not only an admin, but one of the most powerful admins.
The admin of EVO SMP. Second secret was that he was a Watcher, which they also didn't know.

Grian took a deep breath and spread out his elytra, he missed using his wings but he needed to hide them, otherwise his fellow hermits would get suspicious of him.

He landed in front of the other hermits, he was the last to arrive. They just decided to sit and chill out at a campfire, and tell stories.

"Hey X, have you heard the story of Evolution SMP?" Scar asked and Grian stiffened. X hesitated but started telling.

"Well, nobody really knows the true story behind the EVO or Evolution SMP as its full name is, the admin was named Xelqua and he was one of the most powerful admins to ever exist" Suma paused and Cleo raised her hand.

"I thought Xelqua was a Watcher?"
She asked and X continued "I'll get to that, to create a server that went through portals and updates took a lot of energy, so he had to be a very powerful admin, the first few updates went well but then glitches started to appear and Xelqua couldn't find the source and soon after, towers, riddles and puzzles appeared."

X took a deep breath in order to continue. "There also appeared notes from the Watchers, it started easy but continued to get harder and harder, the final task was to kill the enderdragon, they all did and as Xelqua was the first, The Watchers took him and made him one of them, Xelqua thought his server was safe but he was wrong"

X told, and Grian blinked his tears away from the memory of his old friends. "The watchers destroyed his server and killed all of his friends, Xelqua escaped and went back to EVO to try and find any survivors, he couldn't but stayed a bit on the server anyway until he was powerful enough to create a portal to a random server, nobody knows where he is now or if he's even alive, and as far as we know, Evolution is still Watcher domain"

The voidwalker finished the story and Grian looked away in order to hide his tears, he missed his old friends, especially Taurtis. He blinked a couple of times and then looked at the fire again.

The hermits ended up leading the conversation away from Evolution and the Watchers and Grian was very thankful for that. They talked about how exciting their new season was and their plans until it was time for leaving in the portal.

Xisuma created it and everyone jumped through, Grian was the last. He closed his eyes and felt dizzy for a moment, he opened them when the dizziness disappeared.

His eyes widened in fear, he was back in Evo, he could easily recognize everything, the PP station, the train station that let to his base, his underwater base made if all that clay that he had to grind for.

"Uhhh, X, where are we?" Scar asked
"Yeah this doesn't seem like a new season? There are destroyed buildings and ruins everywhere" Mumbo said and X looked very confused.

"I don't know, I'll have to check the server number and stuff, but this isn't where season 7 is supposed to be" X said and pulled up his admin taps.

Grian could easily tell X where they were, but that would give away who we was, and he was pretty sure his mouth didn't work at the moment.
