"As soon as it hits 8:00 I will call. I'm not sure if he's working today though. Him and the guys are usually hanging out on Friday's" I say, bouncing my leg while sitting on the side of Chan's bed.

"I'm sure he will pick up regardless. Your staff seem like really good people" Chan assures me, placing a hand on my free one.

"Alright, let's get this bread" I say, watching as the time hits 8.

*Ring*

*Ring*

*Ri-* "Y/N?!?" My employee says, overcome by emotion.

"Yes Hongjoong, it's me. How are you?" I respond, calming down a little at the pure happiness from him upon seeing my contact.

"I'm doing just fine! How are you though?" He asks, sounding a little emotional.

"I'm alive and well. How has everything been running? The patients? Staff? Specifically whoever took over?" I ask, getting straight to business so as not to keep him longer than I need to.

"Oh! The patients are doing great. A lot of the people you would let hang out in your office have gone home or into partial. They made such good progress very quickly, we were all so proud that we threw individual parties for them!" He says with so much passion.

"No way! Oh my god I'm so proud, I'll have to have a follow up call. Maisie was the one I was really worried about. I'm so glad they all made progress!" I reply, smiling ear to ear.

Chan looks at me with an unreadable expression. He looks happy, but also sad, but also nervous, but also worried at the same time. Hm, I'll handle that momentarily.

"Yep! As for staff we've all been fine. We haven't hired anybody new because we knew you wouldn't be gone long. All of us have the utmost faith in you. So we've all adjusted our schedules to make up for the lost hours from a couple of our losses" Hongjoong informs me.

What does he mean losses?

"Olivia, the one who was supposed to take your place if anything ever happened, was unfortunately found deceased in her home. The police said it was self inflicted but nobody can really say for sure. So as a split second decision, I took over your position" He continues, grief clear in his voice.

"Oh Olivia. I can't believe something like that happened. Do I need to fix our employee mental health services?" I say, immediately looking for a way to better the work environment.

"No no! Everything is just fine, the staff are perfectly healthy both physically and mentally. Some days are more stressful than others, but we make due. I don't think there was anything that could've prevented it" He answers, making a good point.

"Okay, well I'll still look over y'all's resources just in case there's something I can make better. I don't want to keep you too long, I can hear the troublemakers in the back, but there is something very very important that I need you and all of staff aware of" I preface, making sure I have his full attention.

"I'm ready when you ar- WOOYOUNG QUIT BITING" He responds, making me laugh a little and making Chan confused.

"Okay so when my friends and I caught Chrono who you know as Time, we also freed the hundreds of people that were in the warehouse. Amongst those people were my parents. To make a long story short, there is a large possibility that my parents will have the facility shut down. If and when they start this process, I don't want you or anyone else in the position of head. So, I will be coming back to work in the next couple of days. Please let everyone know what is happening and that they need to make sure to stay on top of cleanliness, manners, how we're treating visitors and patients, etc. I know, and you guys know that we are not mistreating anyone. However, any little thing my parents see that they can cling onto, they will. Just please make sure the patients don't catch wind of what's happening" I inform him, hearing the chaos in the background fall silent.
