"So, what exactly are you wanting to accomplish? Ransom tells me there's a lot going on," Mike eyes watch you across from his desk. Your whole-body fidgets around, not having one of the girls to use as an excuse not to make eye contact with him, makes you even more nervous. "I'm here to help. Harlan said whatever you need."

"Can I ask that him and Frank be tested to see if they're identical?"

Mike leans back in his chair with a sigh, "You have reason to believe that Frank could be the father?" you nod your head yes. "You realize if identical there would be no way to tell who the father is?" you nod again. "Okay, I'll get them a subpoena for that. I'm assuming then a test as to who Iris's father is?" when you only nod again, Mike sighs annoyed. "Have a conversation with me. I'm here to help you, but I need all the information. As soon as you file, Andy is going to be angry. He'll counter everything, we've got to beat him, or you could lose custody."

"He can do that?"

Mike nods his head answering, "And he will. Andy doesn't go down without a fight. So other than yet another paternity test, what?"

"Let's say that Frank is biologically her father. Would Andy still have a case?"

His eyes search your face, wanting to ease you into this information. "He could. He signed the birth certificate. You know enough from dealing with this with Ransom. He took on responsibility of her legal father. You were married, and he was the sole provider for her and Aster. He could actually counter with your parentage, because he has proof you were having an affair, and proof that you only recently started working, with the family of the man you were having an affair with. He'll also want to know where you're staying. I'm sure he'll send someone to look over the place."

"He made me quit my job," your voice raises, straightening up. You'll be damned if Andy will take her away from you. "I didn't know that Frank was Frank. I believed him to be my husband. That's sexual assault. I was supposed to be having sex with Andy."

"That's good. Not that, but good for the case. Would you want to press charges on Frank?"

You think about Mary, about how he's been the sole provider for her, "What would happen with Mary?"

"I see what you're doing. Think about Iris right now."

It takes you only moments to respond. "Whatever it takes."

"Sole or joint custody?"

"Sole. He can continue to have supervised visitations, and I will be present, and can leave at any time. He didn't want to give her back to me at the first meeting. I want him to continue anger management, and I want a divorce. I'm done playing Andy Barber's games," Mike finally looks up at you with a smile. He too, is over Andy's games.

"Did you sign a pre-nup?" you shake your head no. "Alright. Looks like you've got yourself a good case. Tell me about your marriage? Were there any other ways that Andy hurt you? Or was it just Frank pretending to be him?"

You pull out your phone, having a secret file of photos for every time Andy would mark your body up, just in case. Opening it up you hand it over to Mike and he flips through them. Mike is shocked. He can see the dates have a pattern, pulling out his calendar marking each date on the paper with a red dot, he counts, nearly every five weeks. "How often did he go to Florida?" You're unaware of where he's going with this. "Y/N, it's every five weeks. Do you still have access to his flights?"

Reaching back for your phone you rattle off the dates, and they match up to right before he would leave. "This is going to get ugly. If you don't mind me being honest. He was marking you up, claiming his territory before Frank got there. Did you notice any behavioral change afterwards?"

You begin crying. You really didn't love Andy at all, it was always him. "His fingers would always slide across the marks, and he would kiss them. I thought – I thought that it was because he felt guilty. One time he, Frank, he messed up. I didn't think about it then, because I thought he was talking out of his head. He was kissing my backside, and with each kiss he would say I didn't deserve this. Or I'm so sorry, shouldn't have happened. But one time he said, I can't believe he did this. I just thought he was talking about Ransom," your breathing speeds up and you feel your chest tighten. "It was Frank talking about Andy. I need to talk to Frank. Alone."

"I'm going to urge you not to do that. Let me get all this in order. Serve Andy with divorce papers, and a paternity test."

"To be carried out by Steve Rogers."
