Alia and Ishi were a few hours away  and the closer they were getting the more impatient Ishi was getting, her leg was shaking out of anxiety. Alia noticed that and tried to calm her down.

"Relax, Chikoo. Everything will be alright," Alia caressed her knee.

"Do you think he'd be waiting for me?" Ishi looked at her friend with cooey eyes as she wasn't sure what to expect.

Alia parked the car on the side of the road and sighed at Ishi, "Trust me. He is waiting for you and I'm so sure. I have seen him being with you at your worst. Just try to handle things gently because whatever you guys would decide. It will affect both families."

"Hmm... I need to fix this if not for me but for our families. I can't see them fall apart," Ishi clenched her fists and rested back against the car's seat.

"Yes, girl! That's the spirit. And we're just a few kilometers away from our destination," Alia scrolled on her phone while looking outside on the side of the road.

"Also, I haven't even called Guru. I was supposed to him," Ishi spoke while grabbing her phone to call him.

"Isn't he Shrinkhal's brother? The one who always is in a hunt of a girl?"

"Yeah! My poor bacha needs love. Also, he doesn't even know that you exist because he'd kill me for not telling me that I have a pretty friend like you, Miss Alia Rathore."

Alia smirked before taking Ishi's phone away, "If he's that cute......let me see him with my eyes. Let's go to Sinku's mom dad ke Ghar and we'll pick Guru and then we'll go to your place. I wanna see his reaction."

Ishi fastened her seatbelt again, "Whatever the queen wants."

They drove again for like 4 hours and switched turns as Alia got way too tired and needed to rest. Ishi sat in the driver's seat but she too needed to eat something good. They saw a little café towards the highway and decided to give it a try.

They went in and took the corner seats near the window. A few people were relaxing and enjoying the food. Alia and Ishi ordered lots of food and drinks for themselves and began to patiently wait.

"Acha...by the way, Shravan, he's right? How's he? I mean what kind of guy is Guru?" Alia asked while not making any eye contact with Ishi as she could already feel the judgy and smirking eyes of Ishi on her.

"Um... He's a handsome guy who knows how to sing, cook and do all Ghar ka kaam. He takes care of me and he's like my gossip buddy after you. And he means a lot to me. I am sure if you date him he'll treat you better than Shrinkhal for sure. Sinku can be a real bitch sometimes."

Alia almost choked on her water followed by Ishi caressing her back. Meanwhile, the food came and they began to eat. Ishi was busy filling her mouth with food as Alia looked at her again thinking about what she had said earlier.

"I don't want to date him but I am curious to know because I'll be living under the same roof as him so...pata toh hona chahiye na kaisa hai kaisa nahi," Alia didn't want Ishi to plan her and Guru's wedding so she cleared her doubt.

"Oh bro don't worry. Tu mil ek baar usse you'll fall hard for him I'm sure," Ishi happily slurped on her cola.

They were talking and discussing what they'll be doing while they are together in Dehradun. Someone came and intruded their time, it was a tall girl with red lips standing near their table.

"Hello, ma'am. I hope you enjoyed the food. Do you need something else?" She asked them politely.

"Yes yes, all good thank you. We liked the vibe, the food. It's cool keep it up," Alia showed her thumbs to her.

"Could you please fill out this survey sheet? I'd be very glad!" She passed a paper and pen to Ishi.

Ishi filled it out and gave it back to her while resuming back to eat. That girl read their names on the paper, "Thank you so much. Ishi and Alia. Well, enjoy!"

"Thank you--?" Alia nodded for her name.

"Ankita it is." She pointed out the photo of her above the cashier's counter and it seems that she owns the café.

"Well, thank you, Ankita. We'll surely visit this place again." Alia got up looking at the clock as they were getting late, grabbing Ishi's arm.

They sat in the car and drove towards the house. It was just less than 10 kilometers away now. They didn't know when the time passed by too quickly and they finally had reached.

Ishi saw Mama Papa sitting outside in the sunshine as it was still the last bit of winter left. They got excited to see Ishi and ran towards her to hug her. They met each other and were so happy to see her.

"Mammaaaaaa papa kaise Hain aap? Dekha main agayi vapis kaha tha na apko main jaldi hi aa jaungi," Ishi said while breaking the hug and looking at them, catching their breaths.

"Acha hai beta tu aa gayi vapis. Ab Sinku ke saath ana theek hai? Kuch baat karni hai tum dono ke saath," Mumma said while kissing Ishi's forehead.

"Chalo ab bahar hi rukoge kya!" Papa hurriedly went inside.

"Areyy apko milwaya nahi Maine apni bachpan ki dost se. Yeh hai, Alia!" Ishi introduced her friend.

"Namaste Aunty. Namaste uncle!" Alia joined her hands and bowed in front of them.

They greeted back and hugged her while taking her inside blaming Ishi for making her friend stand outside under the sun. Ishi gasped while following mama papa and grabbing Alia's hand who was laughing at the whole situation because they match each other's vibe.

Always chaotic!
