 3 months later...

Gabby's POV

Just finished an album. MY album. I never thought I could ever do it but here it is. My new manager, Marie, has been working around the clock getting me interviews and other advertisements for my album.  Her and Harry have been very supportive through this whole process. It's funny when people ask me: Who is that song about? The only answer is Nick, but of course I don't mention his name. The only reason I am putting out this album is because all of these songs are about him. I know that I should be past him, but I can't get him out of my head. I can't get anything about him out of my mind. His smile, his touch, his lips. Even though the cheating is still there, the better things about him stick out to me. Sometimes I wonder why I still think about him? Maybe he is thinking about me... Nevermind! I don't want to get my hopes up cause I know they are just going to fall through.

Marie sat next to me as I looked into the distance. She said "You're thinking about him, aren't you?" I looked at her and said "Marie... I have never stopped thinking about him..." Marie gave me a hug, then stood up and said "Don't let him get you down, if he truly loves you he will find a way. Cheer up! You're on in five minutes...   Oh and don't forget to mention your big announcement!" I looked up remembering that I was waiting to go on the Ellen Show for the first time. I stood up and left the dressing room. I waited back stage till I was introduced by Ellen. The music started to play as I walked out with a huge smile on my face and waved to my fans. I gave Ellen a huge and then sat down into the comfy white chairs. Ellen welcomed me and started asking me questions about my new album. Ellen asked "So Gabby... You were a producer for a bunch of different artists before this?" "Yes I was." "That's cool and so were they your inspiration for this album?" I sighed, trying to keep my smile. I answered "Yes and no. I loved working outside the booth, but I have always wanted to create my own so... I did." She smirked at me. The audience laughed. I smirked back, trying to keep the topic of Nick out of this. Ellen stated "That's nice. You also use to be a manger. Tell me about that!" Ellen was really trying to pull information about Nick out of me. I replied "I loved being a manager, but I was too stressed out all the time and didn't feel like it was the job for me." She nodded "That's great that you know your limits!" She then went away from the subject quickly and asked "Any other projects your working on?" I nodded "Yes! Actually I very happy to announce that I will be starring as Elphaba in the Broadway show of Wicked. I will be in New York City for about a month practicing!"  The crowd started cheering as Ellen congratulated me on the role. After everyone settled down we played a game of Heads Up. Of course I won, but I think she let me. Ellen signed off and the show came to a close. I went back to the dressing room and gave Marie a huge hug "Thanks for being here for me." She replied "Your welcome! Now let's get you to New York for your first practice!" I nodded and we both left to the airport.

"IT'S UP TO YOU NEW YORK, NEW YORK!!!!" Marie and I sang together as we drove to the private condo we rented out. Once we got to the driveway of the condo, the paparazzi were everywhere. Flashing cameras hit the glass of my sunglasses as we passed through the gate.  Once we got up to the condo, we unpacked our things and laid on the couch. We ordered pizza and chatted about what the plans for New York was. Interrupting our conversation, Marie's phone rang. She held the phone "It will just be one second." I nodded and sat quietly next to her as she answered the call. "Hello.... Hey how are you?... Wait what do you mean?" She stared at me, looking worried. She continued "You can't be serious.... Okay okay.... I will contact you shortly... Bye." I patiently asked "Who was that?" She nodded "Nobody important. Let's just talk about the last week before the show." I brushed off the phone call and continued enjoying my last night before going on a month of non-stop practices.
