"I'm sorry, but your brother is... a douche." "You don't know the half of it." I replied.
After the whole tickle incident, and after he made out with Laura we threw Cal out,. I didn't regret it. Like Kwai said, he's a douche.
Julia was cooking a FABULOUS dinner for us of Mac and cheese (Which reminded me of camp), surf and turf, and for dessert, crème brûlée.
We were all waiting for her to walk through the doors with all that goodness in her hands so we could pounce.
1 HOUR LATER:
"I can't move..." "I don't think I'll eat for days..." "Is there any fourths?" "Kyra!" We had all stuffed our selves to full capacity with Julia's delicious feast.
We were all laying on the ground and couches waiting for our food to digest."I think I'm going to bed...." Laura said. Everyone mumbled in agreement. "Same." I said. Someone tapped my shoulder, "I could carry you to bed if you want?" Kwai asked. Everyone oohed, and I think I heard wedding bells made by Laura.
I was too lazy to walk there, so why not? "My prince..." I let him pick my up like when you get married and he grunted, "You're heavy!" He exclaimed and started walking.
"If Julia can do it, so can you!" I encouraged him. I heard a yell from the kitchen, "IT WAS ONE TIME CLAIRE! GET OVER IT!" "IT WAS 3 TIMES!" I yelled over Kwai's shoulder.
Kwai set me down on my bed and lay down next to me. I was too busy falling asleep to notice him kiss me good night.
