Unlike when I broke up with Steven, my friends didn't know what they could do to cheer me up. When Kwai broke up with me they didn't expect it either.
All they did was leave me alone in my room.

3 days post break up, I heard a knock on my door, "Kwai?" I asked hopefully. "No, I'm afraid it's just me." I ears a familiar voice say. Dan Howell walked in to my room.

I quickly ran my fingers through my hair, and adjusted my boobs. "I heard about you and Kwai, he was a good guy. I knew him you know. He wouldn't have broken up with you if it wasn't a good reason."

Just thinking about it, made me tear up. Dan made a tissue appear out of thin air, waving his hands like Ta-Da! but I didn't react. I just grabbed it, blew my nose and handed it back to him.

He made a grossed our face and said, "Listen, I know people have been laughing at me for years, I mean, I'm a fucking mess. But don't let Steven have the satisfaction of ruining YOUR life. I would just go back to Toronto, and forget all this. If you don't let it get to you, Steven won't care." I looked at him through my teary eyes.

"Maybe you're right. I guess I was going home soon anyway, and I don't have Kwai here..." "That's the spirit. I'll help you pack!" Dan pulled me out of bed and booked me a plane ticket for 3 days later.
