It's the night before they go back to Earthlander and everyone is tense, but no one is as nervous as Alina.

I pretty much slept the entire day and when I woke up I saw the sun was setting. I thought about how we were leaving tomorrow.

What if I can't beat Red Moon?

I had learned how to combine my Holy Dragon Slayer Magic and my Life Magic together during attacks, but who knew if it would be enough...

"Hey Alina?" A voice came from outside the room.

Phoenix...

"Come in." I called lightly. As he walked in he had a smile on his face.

"Willow told me you cured Bloom's blindness." I nodded and looked down at my hands.

"It was the least I could do, she brought me back from the dead..." Phoenix walked over and hugged me.

"You're worried aren't you?" I nodded and clenched my hands into fists in my lap.

"What if I'm still not strong enough to beat her? Will mom have died for nothing?" He touched my back.

"Alina, you've grown a lot stronger in these last few days. I can tell, when you collapsed in the dining room your wounds healed them-self even though you were completely unconscious. You gave our little sister the gift of sight, don't tell me you don't think you haven't gotten strong enough to beat Red Moon." I smiled shyly at him.

"Thanks Phoenix, can you promise to watch out for Bloom? And whatever happens if I tell you to run you run." He tensed but finally nodded.

"I promise." I hugged him.

"Thank you." He gave me a small squeeze and then got up.

"Get ready, the dragons are throwing us a goodbye party." I nodded and waited till he left to get up and change.

As I walked down to the ballroom all I could think about was all my friends were throwing themselves into a fight that could possibly kill them. I wasn't going to let anyone die...

"Hey you look amazing." Silver said coming out of nowhere.

"Ahhh!" I said jumping back.

"Did I scare you? I'm sorry." He said laughing.

"Ha-ha very funny. Where's your shirt?" He looked down and sighed.

"I definitely got my dad's undressing habit." I rolled my eyes and walked into the ballroom. The whole place looked amazingly beautiful.

"Alinaaaaa!" I looked across the room to see Igneel waving me towards the food table. I laughed internally.

Of course he would be at the food table...

"Hey Igneel." I said lightly as he shoved food in his mouth.

"So are you ready to kick some butt tomorrow?" I looked down and away from him. "Hey Alina, you don't have to worry because we'll have your back." I looked up and he had a smile on his face.

"Thanks Igneel, I just don't want anyone getting hurt..." I looked down again only to have Igneel put a hand on my shoulder.

"We all know what we're getting into, it wouldn't be fair to send you out there by yourself." I gave a small smile.

"He's right." I looked back at Silver. "None of us would leave you to fend for yourself." Scarlet stepped towards me from Silver's side.

"We're a team we're in this together." I watched as they held their hands up in the Fairy Tail salute.

All the Fairy Tail members in the room stopped and did the same.

I looked around at them all and then at my team, they were right we were in this till the very end.

"Until the end!" I yelled putting my hand up too.

We can enjoy tonight, but tomorrow it's time to end this war!
