Back to the Fairy Tail guild for the mourning of the members...

Igneel's POV

It's been a day since Alina has been gone but I had the strangest dream last night that she died.

It made me feel sick to my stomach just thinking about it. As Happy and I walked into the guild I saw everyone crying.

"What's going on?" I asked worried that someone got hurt.

"Igneel..." Ariana said next to Jake who was crying by his parents.

"Where's Alina?" She shook her head and tears streamed down her face.

"She wanted us to tell you she was sorry... we couldn't get to her in time." Jake said hugging his bawling sister.

I was frozen in my place.

"Where is she?!" I said feeling my emotions cracking.

"Her body disappeared after she... I'm sorry..." Ariana explained crying into her brother's shoulder.

Alina was... dead... Just like my dream, it came true...

I turned and rushed out of the guild and towards Alina's favorite spot, it was the riverside where her parents got engaged.

"You can't... you can't be dead..." I said falling to my hands and knees, the tears finally came.

I shivered as thunder rolled overhead.

"ALINA!!!!!!" I yelled into the sky as the rain fell.

"Igneel..." I looked back and saw Scarlet standing there with fresh tears in her own eyes.

"She's gone... I..." She came over and hugged me.

"I know... I'm going to miss her too..." I cried into her shoulder.

"I didn't realize until now that... I love her... her smile, her laugh, how beautiful she is, how it doesn't matter what she does I fall for her more and more each day..." I confessed finally.

"Oh Igneel... I'm so sorry..." She hugged me tighter as I looked up at the sky.

"I want her to come back..." Scarlet pulled away and looked at me.

"I do too..."

She doesn't understand that I can't be without her, I don't care if we fought for half the time we were friends. I love her, I love everything about her.

That beautiful lavender scent she has, how her laugh is like a soothing melody, and how when she smiles the heavens feel like they're opening up...

Alina, how could you just disappear...?
