Subject One Only Wants A Simple Life

Chapter 1

       Ezra is standing alone at the gate of the laboratory, staring at the backs of her creators who are walking away, laughing with joy that they are finally going home to see their families.

       Ezra don't have any emotions so, when she couldn't see their backs anymore, she turned around and left the place where she was created.

       Now that she is free and her mission is finished, she can build her own home, away from any human contact. To live peacefully and farm for the rest of her life.

      Using her navigation, she found a place to start. She walks slowly, staring at the planet she just saved from human harmful conflicts. The once chaotic place became peaceful and lively again because of her. Animals both mutated and ordinary are starting to come out and search for food or a hiding place to rest.

       Arriving to her destination, Ezra looks around, tall trees towering over her. She noticed a hidden area that couldn't be seen by ordinary people. She walks towards the said area and decided to build her house in this space. After exploring around, she found a river full of fishes, mutated and ordinary ones.

      Looking at the sun shinning above her head, Ezra started to gather the materials needed to build her house. It didn't take long for her to find all of them and started building her dream home.

      With the help of her power, advance technologies and body parts that can turn into tools, her house and a mini garden is finish before evening.

       Looking at her finished work, she looks at her new home with satisfaction and went inside.

       Although the house is still empty, Ezra started to feel at home. She's looking forward to her bright future with only adventure and farming.

       Laying down to her make shift bed, Ezra started to remember the two year of her life. The day she became conscious and to the day she stopped the wars around the world.

       On the day she gained her consciousness, she looked around to only see many tubes attached to her and people in white coats, looking at her in surprise and hope. Hope to save the world. On that day also started the none stop experiments. The people on white coats started teaching her combats, how to survive brutal attacks, heal in seconds, how to stop bombs on exploding and many more.

      They also teach her the basic knowledge like how to talk, read, write, cook, clean and how to make thing to survive in wilderness.

       After one year, they gave her a mission and they promised her that if she came back with victory, they will let her free and Ezra agreed.

      Another year passed, Ezra saved many lives, help rebuild cities and stop wars. As promised, her creators set her free and now here she is. Starting to live her life to the fullest.

      Even though Ezra doesn't need to sleep, she still closed her eyes and wait for the tomorrow to come.
