In Berrington, Shawn and John walk through the neighborhood's street.
John: So, how long y'all been out there?
Shawn: Most of the time. We were on a train for almost a year until Peter found us. He brought us in.
John: You folks got a lot of people with you.
Shawn: Yeah....we're all like family.
John: Especially James, right? I heard he's your brother.
Shawn: Yeah. He's my blood brother. Cassandra's his wife, my sister-in-law.
John: I see....so you were a Zeus Corps Soldier?
Shawn: Yeah....served for some time along with Kyle, who's been my best friend since we were kids. He and I are like brothers. Anyway, we both turned against Kronos, took em down. Survived. Built this group together in some way.
John nods.
John: So....that kid, Rachel, she's the one who....you know....
John mimics a gun and then "pow!".
Shawn: Yeah.
John: She ever kill anyone before Laura?
Shawn sighs.
Shawn: Only when she's had to. Same as us.
In the woods, after finding the greenhouse, finding barbwire and a few items to make a bomb for Zeke, Rachel, Zeke, and Morgan walk through the woods. As they walk, the three hear a noise of infected.
Rachel: What is that? You hear that?
Zeke: Hear what?
Rachel walks in the direction of the noise and the three teens discovers a granite quarry consisting with thousands infected, barricaded by two Zeus Corps trucks.
Zeke: Holy shit....
Morgan: My god....
Rachel: There must be thousands of them....this is it. This is how.
Morgan: How what?
Rachel: How you people are all still here. I know you've all had infected at your walls, but a lot of or most of them end up here. If one of those trucks gives.....
Zeke: It's all over. They're all coming here.
Morgan: We have to tell the others....
Rachel: This isn't the threat right now. The raiders are.....
Morgan: Yeah, but what about after or if we've dealt with the raiders?
Rachel: Hey, we will.....
Zeke: Listen to Rachel, Morgan. We're gonna win.
Morgan shakes her head, before walking off.
Morgan: Let's just get back.
Zeke sighs, before shooting Rachel an apologetic look and walking off. The three teens then walk, before Rachel hears a noise and then sees movement. Zeke turns to Rachel.
Zeke: Rachel? What are you doing?
Rachel: You two head back to Berrington. I'll be a minute.
Morgan: What are you doing?
Rachel: Just take the barbwire and other shit back to Berrington. I'll be fine.
Morgan: By yourself?
Rachel: I can take care of myself....
Morgan and Zeke walk back to Berrington, before Rachel walks towards the noise. In Berrington, the Berrington residents and the survivors are working on making Berrington safe. John sweats, before Caleb walks over to hand him a cup of water.
