Clueless

Phase 2

We pull up to school. I see Elijah waiting at the tree he was at yesterday. I get out of the car with a smile on my face. We all get out.
Shuji: yo y/n
"Hold that thought shuji"
I say as I start running towards Elijah. I run up to him and give him a big hug I sit down next to him and I lock my arm with him. I glance up to see if shujis watching and I see him standing there we make eye contact so I wave to him. He does an annoyed scoff and walks off.
Elijah: uhh I think that might answer your question right there
"Well I think he's just mad cuz I ignored him"
Elijah shrugs. We get up and start walking to class as I stop by my locker. I see Andy Evan and shuji standing at shujis locker which is fights next to mine. I walk up to my locker with a smile.
"Hey guys"
Andy: yooo
Evan: what's up
I lol at shuji waiting for a response but he just stares at me.
"So uhh shuji what did you have to say to me?"
Shuji: well I was gonna ask if Maya and Anna were just making that stuff up in the car but uh you just answered that
He says in a annoyed tone.
"Oh? I'm uh sorry I didn't know that was a problem?"
Shuji: no I mean it's not
He says in a dismissive tone.
"Okaaayyyy"
Evan: yo what's up with y'all?
"Oh nothing but apparently it's a problem that I have a boyfriend now so"
I say closing my locker and leaning against it.
Andy: wait so you still haven't told her?
Shuji: dude shut up!
He says hitting Andy in the arm.
"Wait told me what"
Andy: I've already said to much can't say
I look at shuji. We make eye contact for a moment but then he immediately breaks it and looks down and the floor.
"Shuji told me what?!?"
Shuji: nothing ok it doesn't matter
He says still looking at the floor.
"Oh shit"
I say quietly but loud enough for them to hear.
Shuji looks up after hearing me say that. I start scanning the hall trying to find Elijah. I finally find him at his locker. I grab his wrist and drag him into a empty classroom.
Elijah: woah what's up with you?
"O.m.g I think my sister was right"
Elijah: did he tell you?!
"No but like his friend pretty much gave it away"

Meanwhile:
Shuji watches as you pull Elijah into the class room.
Shuji: see
He says scoffing and shacking his head.
Evan: dude tell her you like her other wise you just look like a dick
Andy: yeah
Shuji: Ik but like I don't know dude

Elijah: so what are we gonna do now
"I-I don't know"
Elijah: well do you want to stop fake dating or?
"Well I mean that's what would make sense right?"
Elijah: mean yeah I guess so
He says looking at the ground.
"Are you ok?"
Elijah: y/n listen I really like you and this whole time I was hoping shuji didn't like you cuz I was worried you like him back
"Oh eli I didn't know you felt like that already I-"
The bell rings interrupting our moment.
"Talk after school?"
Elijah nods.
