Kenzo was not happy. Not only was their hideout in Havenheights compromised, it was because Irya had led someone right there! He couldn't believe it, she had shown so much promise when he had saved her from starvation all those years ago. She had also completed all of her jobs nearly flawlessly in the past as well...but Irya couldn't handle a single gnoll and catfolk?
Most irritating of all is that Irya SURVIVED the gnoll camp he sent her to! She couldn't even die right! Kenzo let out a sigh before he heard a knock on the door leading to his office. That's right, he had four hired hands that he managed to get for a job he needed done.
Kenzo: Come in!
As the door opened he saw the group enter: a vulpine, a raccoonfolk, a pantherine, and a rhinofolk. After they were all inside the pantherine closed the door.
Kenzo: So...you are the four that applied for the job in Honeyhollow?
Nero: That's correct.
Solara: Couldn't really afford to say no.
Kenzo: Good, the job is fairly simple. The leader of Honeyhollow, Bearmother Ursa Ironfur, has outright denied me access to set up in her city. I am tired of doing this the nice way! You four are to locate her daughter and either capture, or kill her. Her daughter's name is Rose Ironfur.
Kuro: Kill or capture Rose Ironfur, got it.
The rest of the group nodded before taking their leave. Kenzo sat down in his chair behind his desk before giving a long sigh. He really hoped they could do a better job than Irya had been doing.
Upon arriving in Honeyhollow Zenkoh could see that the town seemed to be doing better off than Wolfvale. The people were more lively and had a lot more stalls set up in the market. She also noticed that the city was populated by mainly bearfolk.
As they entered the inn they could see two silver furred bearfolk, one was 6'8" while the other was 7', they seemed to be arguing.
Rose: I can take care of myself, mother!
Ursa: I don't doubt that, I'm just worried that's all.
At this Rose gives a huff and storms off. Ursa gives a sigh, before noticing Zenkoh, Maria, and Irya at the entrance. She walks over to Zenkoh, seeming to admire her size, before giving a greeting.
Ursa: I'm sorry you had to see that, she can be such a handful sometimes. My name is Bearmother Ursa Ironfur, most just call me Bearmother though, I am the leader of the town of Honeyhollow.
Maria: Nice to meet you Bearmother, you don't mind if we call you Ursa, do you?
Ursa: Not at all.
Zenkoh: Well Ursa...if you don't mind, what are you so worried about?
Ursa had a distressed look come over her face but after a moment of silence she answered.
Ursa: There was a vulpine that was here not too long ago, maybe a few days. He had wanted to set up some form of embassy, I can't remember which of the factions he said he represented. I told him that Honeyhollow has been neutral and intended to remain as such, we had no intention of housing ANY of the factions. He became visibly upset at this answer and told me he would give the town of Honeyhollow a week to reconsider the decision before he would be back to ask again.
Irya: Do you happen to remember what color his fur was?
Ursa: I believe it was some kind of purple, possibly some black as well. Anyways some of my guard captains interpreted what he said as a possible threat. If it was, the most obvious targets would be either me or my daughter Rose. I'm just worried that if they are right she might be targeted, and she has never had to defend herself in that kind of situation before.
