So what does a knight do when he betrays his kingdom? He did save the Princess, but he also just killed one. But why would you kill someone important to a kingdom? When King Umryg wanted peace, the human King Karhu decided to kill him and his wife. When he was sick, he turned something darker instead of the dragonkin. When the knight saw the necromancy used by the human Princess Umbra, he knew that the dragonkin princess had to be saved. Now that he betrayed his kingdom, he has some questions. How do you build a new kingdom for King Umryg? How does one hide what horror happened in the tower? And more importantly, how do you get peace between two kingdoms after years of hatred? This is the story of Ethan, the betrayed knight and the rightful ruler of Draconea, Princess Hana.

Manny, an average Kobold, or rather just another Reptile hailing from Planet Dractalis. Manny's average appearance consists of brown eyes, greenish gray skin, and an overall height of 4"11. Rather small, but agile, nimble, and a ready adventurer of the Cosmos! Manny seeks justice for what was done to his World long ago, by the claws of an anomalous entity, whom he heard was locked away in an ancient ruin, located within the core of a Planet called Metabania. A Planet of gems, magic, trades and riches. This had to be the place.

A charming fantasy world filled with fluffy draconic humanoids is under attack from a strange blighted rain known as the Twist. It turns wild dogs that drink it into hideous monsters and causes unstoppable flora to take over wide patches of land outside cities. A group of kobolds with various specialties are chosen to decipher the origin of this infestation, but mysterious cultists claiming to be the chosen representatives of The Buried One and the upper class of kobold society are attempting to stop them at every chance possible. (Minor swearing, often plays off death or gore) New Chapters and/or posts (something!) every Monday around 11:30PM GMT Kobalt is more of an experiment than anything. I want to see what I can accomplish by setting up a world, its backstory, the characters, an exposition, and nothing else, just to see what I can do with that and a schedule to motivate me. Expect that as I go, it won't be smooth or perfect, as I'm literally publishing this as I write it. I will go back occasionally and make edits to previous chapters, so feel free to comment any suggestions, criticisms, or any problems you see.

( I don't own Dnd, it belongs to Wizards of the Coast) (If you haven't noticed this is basically the joke version based on my friends' ideas, basically making this the monster version of Konosuba. Still going to do this one, but I'm going to make a less joke version)
