Chapter Twenty-Seven

Felix's pov
"what are you on?" hyunjin asked walking toward the bed, he was back facing me so I did not quiet see if he was angry or curious.
"I want to stop the witches and keep you safe..."
"Felix" he cut me off staring right back at me" I know you...what are you planning?" he added crossing his arms.
"is it really hard to believe that I just want to stop the witches " I said walking toward him.
"you hate the werewolves" he replied.
"I do that did not change but my hatred for the witches is even more...they took my mates away from me...and now they are trying to cause a war between han and I...so I will rather befriend the wolves for now"I told the boy who sighed.

"so it is just temporary you will use them against the witches then you will go back to what you used to be"he said making me chuckle.
"what did you think? I will become their friend imagine me being bestie bestie with han jisung ...come on hyunjin...we don't mix..."
"if there is a slight possibility that they are mates too what you are doing to do" he yelled making me frown.
"that means that they are mine too...you understand that right...imagine a damn Vampire and a wolf being mates."i said shaking my head as I walked away from him.
"you said a vampire had a witch's mate before...why can't you have a wolf mate then" he said coming after me.
"Because vampires and werewolves are enemies by nature...since the first original  vampire was made he killed the king of the wolves' at that time....they existed before us...we were made by the first witch, well more like she put a curse on that man but it made him strong immortal and blood-hungry instead with insane powers instead" I explained" that man was my ancestor hyunjin...and the king who died was Han's...you see...we were born to be enemies...it won't change....maybe we have to face the witches together but our enmity won't end" I added.

"but what about me....what..."
"you are confused...maybe the witches did something to you that made you attracted to them" I cut him off... maybe that woman did years ago." plus did not you even stop for a minute and thought about it...if they are your mates and you are mine then it makes them mine as I said before....the both of us are supernatural why didn't we feel the bond" i added making him freeze...i don't know if I am convincing him or myself by what I said...because there is this part of me that is terrified of even thinking that those dogs could potentially be my mates and what is blocking my connection to them is that hyunjin didn't reach twenty three yet because of what she died to him.
"if the witches did something to me...why do you think it is between the wolves and I...not you and I" hyunjin said cutting my thoughts off.

"listen hyunjin you being my mate is the last thing I thought will happen...not when..."I took a deep breath....not when your ancestor was the one who put a curse on chan and minho...not when you were not supposed to be alive...plus the witches wouldn't have choose you to make you think I am your mate....they think you are a human...i just can't figure out how they found out too soon about you being mine and included the wolves in this....the more I think about it it doesn't make any sense.
"not when felix...like just tell me" he yelled gripping my shoulders " look at me...damn it...are you enjoying seeing me suffer like this?"He added staring through my eyes, he looked lost...almost broken...it breaks my heart seeing him like this...
"hyunjin" I said removing his hand" you will know when the time comes "I added making him chuckle.
"I think you thought I was joking when I said I will leave you if you don't tell me the truth" he said taking a step back.

"where are you going..."
"I am leaving Felix" he cut me off looking determined.
"you can't do that....i won't let you go to them..."
"I am not going to han's...i am going to my home..."he said" and don't you dare stop me or show your face to me if you don't plan on telling me the truth"he added pointing his finger at me.
"Are you dumb or what? The witches are after you" I yelled.
"well I will rather get killed by them then live with you knowing that you are hiding hundreds of things from me...you did not even tell me about marking or the artefact that you could use to get kids...or any damn thing about this world...for three years Felix...for three years you kept me in the dark"he said making my eyes widen.
