Chapter Sixty-five

Han's pov
'where are you?'I asked through my mind link.
' oh, did my alpha already miss me?' Felix asked back, I rolled my eyes heading toward my mom's room.
'I was checking in with you...are you coming later?' I asked again.
'yeah and I am bringing someone with me...'
'who?' I cut him off entering the room, she is not here good...i have been thinking the whole day...and I think I know where I saw hyunjin's mom before...i just hope that I am wrong...
' curious little pup, you will see when we come...i need to tell her about what us happening first' he answered
'her....'
'see you later ' he cut me off making a groan, I guess I will have to wait until he come later...
I walked toward the closet going through the boxes there.
"Found you" I whispered taking the old albums out...

" come on" I said searching and every single of of them...i remember when I was a kid my mom showed me the albums...and I am pretty sure that's where I saw hyunjin's mom.
"impossible" I froze when my eyes landed on the familiar girl...it is a high school photo...it had my mom along side her friends...as far as I know all of them are werewolves...was hyunjin's mom a human who knew about their secrets.
I immediately took the picture San gave me to compare it to the one in the album.
"it is her no doubt on that" I said biting my lips...she knew park jiwoo...that's why she was surprised when she learned about her and that she is hyunjin's mom...a million question is running through my head right now...why she hid that from us? And how didn't she learn about hyunjin if she was close to Mrs hwang.

"jisung" my mom said entering the room,  she glanced between the albums and me" what are you doing here"she asked.
"you lied to me..."
" son please..."
"no, I asked you if you knew park jiwoo and you told me that you didn't. Why did you hide it" I yelled getting up from the floor.
"because jiwoo was my best friend....we grew up together...she was my neighbour...no she was my sister" she answered making freeze....neighbour but my mom grew up in a pack in Daegu...all people who lived there were werewolves.
"but...she was a human...."
"jiwoo was a werewolf jisung"she cut me off making me freeze...did I hear her right? Is this some kind of a sick joke?
"It was years ago...she met with this young man when we came here to Seoul for a trip...our university held it to visit other ones here...i did not even know his name but after we went back to Daegu she did not stop talking about him...seeing that she was in love...and he was her soul mate" she added.

"what happened?" I asked sitting down.
" she and her family moved here and she started going to his university...and that was the last time I saw her...until years after she come to me when she learned that I am mated to your dad...she had a little girl with her...yeji...she asked me to help her run...and that she had made a mistake...i had no idea what she had a son" she answered shaking her head.
"did you help her?" I asked watching my mom as she took a seat next to me...she took the photo out of my hands looking at it.
"of course I did...she was my best friend...as foolish as she was I always had cared about her...but I told her jisung...i told her that she is going to get in trouble...she should wait for her soulmate...but she didn't listen" she said as tears started to streaming down her face.
"where did she go? Did she tell why she tried to run?", I asked again.

"I...with your help of your father we sent her to Japan...i tried to stay in touch with her but she disappeared again...i...i looked everywhere for her but I couldn't find her"she paused" It makes sense now...maybe she knew somehow that hyunjin is a witch and her husband too...if the elders found out she would have been killed alongside her kids and husband" she added.
"mom,  hyunjin's powers were bounded all his life...and so were his father's" I replied shaking my head" how did she knew?" I continued biting my lips.
"I don't know" she replied.
"but why did she leave hyunjin and took yeji?", I asked.
"the little baby was a werewolf jisung" she confessed making me freeze...no actually it makes sense...hyunjin turned out to be a witch and yeji a werewolf...damn.
