Chapter Forty

Hyunjin's pov
" hyunjin" i was sitting on the balcony sipping my coffee....felix just left and did not come back, I am getting bored of this life it is like the same day is repeating itself...i want my freedom back...i want to leave the castle to go out it is getting suffocating but I know I can't leave when everything is a mess.
"hyung what is wrong?" I asked looking back at the vampire.
"I...well you see...king lee is not here and..." seonghwa hyung said scratching his neck.
"what is it?" I asked tilting my head
"there is someone here to meet you...and I was debating if I let him in or not " he replied.
"Who?" I said getting up.
"han jisung" he replied taking me by surprise...he finally decided to show his face after all these days...he did not even bother to reach out to me...none of then did...i guess it was easy for them to move on from me.

"what do you want me to do? King Lee didn't let the others in..."
"wait a second what do you mean others?"I cut the man off.
"han jisung's mates they tried to meet you but his highness did not let them in" he answered making me sighed...damn it Felix.
"so now you are asking me if I am going to let han in or not"I said making him nod.
"yes as I said since king lee is not..."
"hyung you could have asked him through your mind link or whatever that is...why are you asking me?" I said making him look away.
"I...you see...i think you should talk...you need to solve whatever is going on between you...becasue I hate seeing you or his highness hurt"he replied without looking at me.
I took a deep breath glancing at the sky then back at him.
"let him in" I said making the vampire nod before he disappeared...let's see what he wants now.

I leaned on the balcony as my heart started to beat faster...i should be angry at him right...he kicked me out of the house...he gave up on me...
"hyunjin" I pulled hearing the boy's voice, I slowly looked back to be met with the werewolf...i hate to say it but he looked like a mess...as if he did not sleep for days...
"jisung' I said clenching my jaw...i feel bad for him...he looks hurt but so am I...he broke me with his words.
Silence filled the place again as he looked down glaring at the floor...
"I am sorry" he whispered after some time but i managed to hear him. Another one who messes up and then come back to apologize lucky me.
"what do you want me to do with that?" I asked making him look up at ne with wide eyes.
"I...well..."

"you told me to leave han...and I did... what do you want now?" I asked crossing my arms.
"I don't want you to leave...i didn't mean it...i...i was hurt confused....and I..." he paused taking a deep breath" I regret it hyunjin...okay...i am stupid, weak...i am not even capable of leading my kingdom...i hate seeing you with that man...it is just....it is all overwhelming"he added shaking his head.
I took a few steps closer to him as he watched me with confused eyes.
"I am not leaving that man...it is your choice to decide whether you want me when I am with him or not"I said.
"hyunjin...it is not any man...please understand...he is a vampire...my enemy...how could expect from me to accept that?"he said shaking his head.
I know he is right....they are supernatural after all...they have mates...i wish I could understand all of this...what is blocking their connection...are they even connected?

"I can't choose you....and I can't choose him...i apologize for making your life hard but I just can't" I replied looking away.
"he is so sure you are his mate right" he suddenly said making me look back at him and nod.
"not just him...i am too..."I answered.
He took a deep breath looking displeased " he said something will happen at your twenty three birthday and it is going to show who your true mate is for some reason...did he tell you what is it?" he asked.
"no" I answered honestly...i have no idea what is going to happen too.
"all I can say is that I am willing to wait until then...if he says that we will know then I am sure he knows something...if he is wrong...i want you to come with me...with us and forget about him once and for all"he said biting his lips"if we are wrong....i am afraid we will have to let you go"he continued....each word that time from him looked forced....as if he didn't want to let me go...it made me happy for some reason."but you can't ask from me to accept that walking corpse"he added.
