The search for Peter Pettigrew had ended at 3am and by 6:30 the students had been led back to their dorms.

Fred hadn't left Lucianna side til they got to the dorms. And even then, he had wanted wait for her outside.

"Fred. You know it's literally obvious to everyone that you like her." George whispered as the two were getting ready for their day. "I know okay I've heard what some of the Gryffindors say. But she doesn't see!" He desperately declared. George sighed, "maybe you need a big gesture?" Fred's eyes widened; "George! You're a genius!" Fred shouted. Soon after the two started scheming.

The day after Pettigrew's attack the castle was surrounded with teachers at every corner. Much to the dismay of Lucianna and the twins, they couldn't get away with any pranks.

Lucianna had just had Transfiguration and due to their new found abilities she was succeeding in the class. As she rounded the corner , she collided with a certain Slytherin.

Not the one who had been showing her interest as of late.

"Well, well well. If it isn't Lucianna." Malfoy spat. Her face suddenly drained of its colour, her hair faded slowly into black. "What do you want." She whispered as to not draw attention from passing students. "What can't I just say hi," he smirked, Malfoy had abandoned wearing his sling and was instead being held by the side of his body. Lucianna was technically older than Malfoy by a few months, yet the blonde haired boy was taller than her and now had her backed into a near by wall. Lucianna went to reach for her wand but Draco grabbed her hand. "Don't even think about it." He spat. "Listen here I know," Lucianna's eyes widened "I know that your mother was a Rosier." Lucianna snatched her hand away. "If you believe that, why haven't you told anyone. Go on shout it from the astronomy tower." Her voice low. Draco smirked and leaned in, the feeling of his breathe could be felt in her ear. "As I've said before us sacred 28 gotta stick together." And with that Draco wandered off leaving Lucianna speechless and shocked.

As she stood there trying to and succeeding in getting her hair to change back to its shade of pink, Theodore Notts came over smiling and waving. "Hey luc!" He said chipperly, "hey Theo how's you?" Lucianna asked. "I'm good really good actually. I was wondering if you were free this weekend did you want to maybe have that date?" Lucianna smiled "yeah , okay yeah should we say Saturday afternoon?" Theo nodded then he leaded in and kissed her cheek. Yet, Lucianna didn't feel a flutter of butterflies or magic. It just felt off.

Meanwhile, a certain ginger twin watched on with jealousy in his eyes.

It was finally Friday. The students of Hogwarts were excited and relieved that the end of the school week was here. However, that did not include Lucianna.

It was the full moon. Every month Lucianna dreaded the day the full moon would fall on.

That morning, Lucianna had made her way to Remus' office to see him, she didn't care that she'd miss breakfast she needed to see her dads. As she entered the office she found Remus' laying on the floor with his head in Sirius' lap; they were talking softly as Sirius was making Remus drink, what Lucianna presumed, was a wolfsbane potion.

"Hey dads," Lucianna whispered softly "you okay?" Lucianna's face was full of concern and worry; Sirius spoke first "we're okay kiddo, papa just needs a relax before later." Lucianna could see that Sirius' face was full of concern and empathy for his husband. Lucianna didn't realise but her hair had started to go a dark navy shade; "little wolf it's okay, I promise. Just like every month, it'll be over before you know it." He spoke weakly. Before Lucianna could speak what was on her mind Remus let out a blunt, "no." Lucianna looked puzzled, "I know what you're about to ask and the answer is no. Once you're sixteen we may consider letting you become an Animagus." It was the same conversation every few months since Lucianna had been old enough to understand how much the full moon transformation affected Remus. "Papa, if I could become one-," before she could plead her case Sirius spoke "no. Okay, i understand you want to help but you are a child okay. You shouldn't have to worry about this, go have fun, do your homework, maybe get ready for your date," Sirius said mischievously while raising his brows.
