★Chapter one★

"Hey, hey [Y/N], let's get marry and become an idol together!"

A sick little girl name Sarina as she was hugging another but older girl; [Y/N]

Sarina have anaplastic astrocytoma and [Y/N] have brain tumor, both girls are dying.

Sarina always find a way to sneak in [Y/N]'s room and will scream like a boiling kettle if someone try to get her back to her room, that's why they make the two girls share a room.

Sarina will always talk about an idol group to [Y/N] which slowly turn the older girl into a fan, the younger one also tell her how she wanted to be cute and reincarnated as an idol's kid, and have a hard time to choose who to marry, [Y/N] or the doctor that always talk to her; Gorou Amamiya.

But here's the strange things, [Y/N] never talk, her history is that she went really quiet after her parents' death, she won't talk for so long almost everyone including her other family members think she's mute.

"Yeah, that won't happen" Gorou said as he was watching the two girls' interaction and sometimes speak up to.

"Eh? You're making the choice here! Me and [Y/N] will get marry and become the most popular idol ever!" Sarina said happily then turn to [Y/N] who was smiling softly, "see?! [Y/N] also agreed on marrying on me!"   "She's just smiling.. And what do you mean 'marrying on you'? You mean 'marry me'?" Sarina brighten up "YES! I'll marry you! Both of you!"  "wait- no-"

After days have pass both girls slowly getting weaker and weaker, and sadly both girls passed away in the same day..

Doctor Gorou.. Was.. Sad.. That the two girls was now dead.. That's why.. He promised to his life that he will make the girls happy by...

Supporting and adoring the shit out of Ai, the ace of an idol group called B-Komachi that Sarina always talk about.

But one day Ai the beloved idol is taking a break due to health issues, Gorou was worry.. But what he didn't expect is to see a pregnant Ai shows up in his hospital which make him flabbergasted.

But soon after that, Ai and Gorou managed to have a small talk, and Gorou accidentally tell Ai about Sarina and [Y/N].. Ai then call him a pedo with the sweetest smile "not you too!" Besides that, Gorou promise to Ai a healthy delivery and slowly get to know each other.

After that, at a unfortunate night when he was taking a stroll he encounter with a mysterious figure that  knows Ai's full name who was supposed to be unknown to the public, but the mysterious figure runs away and Gorou chase after the man.

Gorou chase after the man through the mountains paths failed to notice the man was behind him and push him off the cliffs that leads the doctor to his death...

“Have you wondered what it would have been like if you were the child of a celebrity?”

"If that actually happen, i wanna be Sarina's big sister"

"Eh? So we won't get marry?"

The wish of his two sick patients make him chuckled weakly, ends up coming true as he opens his eyes in the body of a newborn in the arms of none other than Ai..

"What a good boy Aquamarine!" Ai Hoshino said happily lifting the newborn baby in the air gently swaying him side to side with a big smile, their happy moment was cut off by a loud crying of another baby.

"Coming!" Ai carry Aqua with her to check on the other baby, Ruby and Amethyst, Amethyst was still asleep so Ai just pick up Ruby to calm her down. Yes, Ai Hoshino give birth to a triplet.

"What is it Ruby? You don't want to wake up your younger sister don't you?" Amethyst was born 11 minutes later after Ruby.

Ruby start crying again "what's wrong, Aqua?" "That's Ruby. You call yourself their mother?" The manager of the idol group B-Komachi Ichigo Saitou and his wife Miyako Saitou walk in.

"I can't help it, it's hard to remember people's faces and names, but it's really easy to recognize Amethyst look at her!" Miyako take a look at the youngest one, the little one look more a lot like Ai.. This gonna be a problem..

Ai Hoshino returns to her life as an idol, and made arrangement with her manager they will take care of the twins while she continued being an idol. Ichigo also reminded Ai to not let anyone knows about her children or it'll be the end for her career and also his own.

"U-uhh.. Amethyst awake.." Miyako said pointing at the baby girl who just wake up from her slumber.. Everyone look at the baby sweatdropped.. The baby have Ai's eyes.. Literally.. It's purple and have stars, two stars.. Her hair is blond and faded to purple.

"That kid is never going out.."

Miyako pick up the Amethyst and sit next to Ai, Amethyst look at her mom before hugging Miyako and quickly fall asleep, the newborn baby's action causes painful stab to Ai's poor heart.

Hello readers, i apologize if there's any mistakes in this chapter and i also want to say sorry the cliffhanger and the short chapter, i promise i will make it longer, this is also my first time making one so i hope you like it.

Fun fact:

•Ai thoughts Amethyst was ignoring her because she pay attention more a Ruby and Aqua but the truth is Amethyst wanted to sleep more and Miyako was already holding her so she sleep in the manager's wife arms.

•Ichigo planning on locking Amethyst forever at home because she look way a lot like Ai.

• The Author will still be using [Y/N] but the characters will call her "Amethyst"
