[hey guys I just want to let you know that this chapter is VERY LONG! Also ⚠️Trigger Warning!⚠️ this chapter contains detailed descriptions of self harm be careful! Also that is my art at the top, rate it 1/10! Also with the name I was intending to hid the remaining lyrics-
Singing, sinking, dying, diving. Loving, leaving, pulling, pushing. Falling, feeling, swimming, swinging. Singing, sinking, dying, diving.
Throughout the chapter but that got way to tedious so I gave up! Let me know in the comments I'd you can still find all the lyrics!

This chapter was cut in half due to how long it is! The rest of it will be in the next chapter! Sorry, I know I said that last, last time, but this times for real!]

Itachi leaned on the balcony rail, bathing in the light of the moon and the calm breeze of the night. While crickets were singing somewhere out in the garden below.
"Kami~"
He heard a gasp behind him and turned to see Kurama. Standing in the doorway of the large glass doors, his mouth hung agape, and a cup of water in his hands. Quickly shaking himself the redhead regained his composure.
"For a moment there I thought you were an angel."
Walking to Itachi he shook his head, making the ravens cheeks fill with heat.

"Hmph! You really need to keep your mouth shut sometimes!"
Itachi turned away.

With a smirk Kurama came up behind him, setting the water down on the rail, and wrapping his arms around his slim waist.
"What fun would that be?"
He mused, kissing Itachi's head. Sighing the raven relaxed back into his chest, drawing small shapes on the back of his hand.

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"For doing all of this for me. I know it's not easy, I know it's exhausting... and I'm sorry. But I am very grateful! I wanted you to know that."

"I know you are, there's no need to say it... though I do appreciate it when you do."
He teased, leaning around and kissing Itachi on the cheek. Smiling the raven turned around in his arms and threw his own over Kurama's shoulders. With a lightness in his feet he jumped onto his tiptoes and pulled the redhead in for what was, almost, a kiss on the lips. Yet just before their lips met he paused.

"Oh~"
Itachi breathed out, as if just realizing what he was doing.
"I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to-"

"It's fine!"

"But-"

"Itachi, you don't have to say anything, I understand."
With that the raven sighed, slumping down, his hands absentmindedly resting on his stomach. Kurama's eyes followed them.
"The baby,"
He placed his hands over Itachi's, bending down as if he could somehow be at the same level as the child.
"How is it doing."

"...Fine... I suppose. Sometimes I forget I'm even pregnant... it doesn't really move or do much of anything."

"Have you decided wether or not your keeping it?"

"No."
He took a step back.
"I have no idea what I'm going to do with it yet. I thought I would wait until the case was over, and decide then."

"Hn."
Kurama nodded, standing up straight again.

"While we're on the subject how did it go? Was it a success or~"
Trailing off he watched as Kurama shook his head.
"Oh, I'm sorry."

"It doesn't matter now! I'm exhausted, let's get some sleep."
Nodding Itachi took his glass of water and followed him inside.

The next morning the redhead came skipping down the stairs, feeling renewed due to his long night of sleep. Indeed it was the longest he had ever slept in many nights. Just as he made it to the bottom he paused, his pleasant humming slowly dying in his throat, as he spotted a mop of blond hair on the couch. Walking over carefully he peeked over the back of it. He was right! There laid Naruto, looking like a sad puppy curled up on a strangers porch. Snatching up a nearby pillow he threw it at the blonds head with such great force it bounced off and landed on the floor. Naruto sprung up the moment it hit him.
"Whoa~"
Groaning the blond held out his hands to steady his spinning head. Kurama however laughed at his Otouto's state, going to the kitchen he started making himself coffee.
"Dude, not cool!"
The blond rubbed his eyes.
