Marlon's POV
"Well, well, well," I hear Randy's voice as Tonya and I enter the hotel cafeteria. I look over and spot him sitting at a table with my brothers. He has a sly smirk on his face, and I can't help but grin out of embarrassment. "Look what we have here," Randy chuckles, patting a seat next to him, showing us two empty chairs.
Tonya and I take a seat at the table with them and we release hands. "Come on, y'all. Don't be weird. Friends can hold hands," Tonya speaks up and it surprises me a little because she's doesn't usually engage in conversation with my brothers like that, she sort of just lets us all do our own brother kind of thing. I guess she's feeling a little bold today, maybe because of the other night. The thought makes me smile.
Randy nods, clearly unconvinced as he hums before taking a sip of his orange juice.
"Mhm."
Jackie chuckles, "I wouldn't be caught dead holding hands with my dudes like that," he jokes.
"Well, yeah. Obviously she means a boy and a girl friendship," Tito rolls his eyes, making us laugh."I'm starving," I announce for some reason, standing up. My eyes wonder over to Tonya. "Do you.. want me to bring you a plate?"
Tonya seems kinda surprised by this cause she doesn't respond right away.
"Well? Yeah or nah? I'm hungry, girl," I say in a playfully annoyed voice, and she smiles.
"Yeah, that's fine. Thank you," she tells me in that pretty, soft voice of hers.
I hear my brothers make "ooooo" sounds as I walk away from the table to get the food. I shake my head, sighing to myself. They don't even know what happened and they're acting like we're dating or something. Well.. wait.. are we..? I mean. It was just a kiss, but.. I'd hope there are some feelings involved. I sure like her.
Once I make my way back to the table with the food, we all start eating and soon finish up, not without Randy bothering the mess out of Tito and Jackie the whole time. He even accidentally spilled some jam on Jermaine's shirt and he was pissed. Luckily, we didn't have on our show outfits because we'd have no time to get out the stain.
Jermaine hasn't talked at all since we've been sitting at the table. At least, since me and Tonya came out here. I wonder what's wrong with him. I mean, he can't still be mad about the other day, right?
"Alright, y'all," a different voice calls out. I glance towards the direction of it, and see that it's our driver. "It's time to wrap up breakfast. We gotta get on our way," he tells us, and we all start to throw away our trash and stuff.
On the way back to the hotel rooms, I keep stealing glances at Tonya, and every time I try to sneak a look, she's already looking at me. I wonder if she's feeling the same way I am. Eventually, we all got our bags and stuff and made our way down to the first floor, and outside to the tour bus.
"Ladies first," I say, motioning for Tonya to get on first. She smiles, but then Jermaine walks in front of her and gets in. "Thanks," he mumbles. I side eye him, before looking at Tonya. "I guess he's a lady then," I say to her playfully, hiding the fact that he had really annoyed me.
"Thanks anyway, Mar," Tonya giggles, getting onto the bus, and suddenly my anger has been cured. I smile like a fool as I get onto the bus along with my brothers following after. Today was gonna be great.
