Feeling completely embarrassed over my abrupt interruption of Haze and Torq I left her room with my cheeks burning a fiery red.
If they were going to do something like that they should of at least of had enough damn decency to lock the bedroom door in the first damn place.
It's not like I haven't seen her completely naked before but there's just something about walking in on someone during a very private moment like that, that is truly disconcerting.
Exiting Torqs apartment I accidentally bump right into Ark who was about to enter into his apartment just as I was leaving.
"I wouldn't go in there just yet. They are uhm a little preoccupied." That's putting it lightly.
"Well I be damned. It's about time. I was actually starting to lose hope. Good for them!" He remarks ecstatically.
Although, I do have some reservations about Torq with him being faithful to her I am actually somewhat proud of them too for finally reaching this tiny little milestone in their ongoing rocky relationship.
"Are we sure he won't end up just hurting her like he did before? It's not that I don't want them together or anything like that. It's just that with his past record with women I don't know if we can honestly trust him completely just yet." As I stand in front of Torqs door I look upon Ark with uncertainty written all over my face.
Ark creases his brows together in deep concentration as he starts to look just as uncertain as I feel.
He doesn't get the chance to answer my question because Jay and the others decided to make their appearance just then.
Jay comes to stand beside me along with Bray while Tee and Diesel crowd around Ark.
"What's up?" My brother asked me.
Not wanting to delve into my own misgivings about Torq just yet I just give him a slight shrug of my shoulders dismissively. I think it may be better for me to keep my misgivings over Torq's unfaithfulness to myself for now.
"Well ok then, I'm going in to see Haze." Bray abruptly replies.
"I wouldn't do that. Haze and Torq are in the middle of something." I try to hint to him slyly.
"Alright but what could they be doing that would keep us away from her?" He cluelessly asked me. My brother can not be that damn clueless, can he?
Ark blows out a loud snort at Brays obliviousness.
I give him a quick stern look before I turn back to peer at my bother with a solemn glare on my face.
"They are a bit busy Bray. With you know....!" I trail off hoping that he will finally get the hint.
His eyes anxiously scan over all of us before the realization of what I just told him suddenly dawns on him. His eyes widen with his mouth falling fully agape. The innocence spewing off of him is honestly jovial.
