Philip's POV
I'm here at my room, browsing on my phone while the lights were off. I'm still thinking of what happened earlier.
I couldn't believe that it will hurt to see my own mother being happy with her new family and kids. I should be the one whom she's taking care of, but she chose to go with someone else.
I'm asking myself why?
Their house is not that big, kaya naman naririnig ko sila kahit nandito ako sa kwarto.
And about Sunny, I'm regretting of yelling her earlier. Did she get mad?
"Sandali lang, 'Ma! Jumejebs pa 'ko!" my cousin said.
Napangiwi naman ako dahil sa sinagot niya. He's really gross.
I stood up and went at the living room. I looked outside the window and saw Sunny's house filled with darkness.
"I'll go check on her," I said that was enough for Tita Margaret to hear.
I use the flashlight of my phone as I walked towards their house.
I slowly walked inside. It's too quiet and dark in here. I went to their kitchen just to see how messy it was.
"Sunny!" I entered the room where I heard her and there I saw a tall guy who was pulling Sunny's feet under the bed.
"Let go of her!" I immediately ran to him and pushed him.
Pareho kaming bumagsak sa sahig. I tried to punch him, but I winced when I felt pain on my knuckles.
I never punch anyone before!
Fuck!
"Philip!" Sunny ran towards me.
I saw her worried face, but then my gaze went to the direction of the suspect. My phone fell somewhere, so I can't see his face.
"Run, Sunny. Save yourself," I whispered to her.
Even if my back was aching, I still manage to stood up and removed my slippers before I throw it on his face.
"T*ngina! Ang mata ko!" Nabitawan n'ya si Sunny.
I pushed the closet towards him.
Sunny switched on the light and we saw the face of the criminal.
"Pepot?!" Sunny said as her eyes widened.
Grabe, napakabantot talaga ng pangalan n'ya.
