Chapter 26: Yipee Moment

After their long conversation, Ryan's bad Katherine returned back to where Robert, Jacqueline and Jeremy were standing. They seem as if they they were having a deep conversation.

'Are the both of you done?', Jacqueline asked Ryan and Katherine.

They nodded and all of them bid a farewell to Katherine and Robert. They showed their tickets and passports to the officer and went into the departure hall.

'What we're both of talking about?', Robert questioned Katherine while walking towards the waiting area.

'Nothing...', Katherine smiled at Robert.

She didn't want him to know whatever happened between Ryan and her.

'Are you excited?', Robert asked Katherine.

'Excited for what?', Katherine questioned him.

'I mean you will be with a hot guy for the next few days and more importantly alone. So... I mean you will take advantage of this time...'

'What rubbish! It will be you taking advantage of this time. You always find moments to be romantic. Just like that day at home...'

'Which day?', Robert didn't know which day was Katherine referring to.

'Never mind.'

Robert was about to argue with her wen they announced the passengers to board the cruise. Katherine quickly took Robert's hand and asked him to hurry up. She wanted to see their rooms quickly. Although they were living in different suites, Pamela bought a joint room suite for them. She was afraid that Katherine would be scared at night.

Katherine carried her luggage on boarded the cruise. The scene was breathtaking. She knew this few days were going to be the best days of her life especially when she was spending them with Robert.

'Wow! This is how a cruise look like! I didn't know!', Katherine blurted out loudly.

'What! Don't tell me you have not been on a cruise before.', Robert couldn't believe his ears! What was she saying.

Katherine lowered her head like a sad puppy. He was right. She had never been on it bridge despite being rich enough to board it yearly.

'It's ok. We will enjoy this time.'

They walked towards their room and went into their rooms individually. It was magnificent. The rooms were beautifully decorated. They opened the doors that would join their rooms together.

'Love your room?', Robert asked.

'I love everything that I've seen! I can't wait to see more!', Katherine sounded like a 8 year old girl squealing in happiness.

'For now we should take a nap. Maybe we should go around in an hours time?', Robert instructed.

After an hour of nap, Katherine woke up and got ready. She was extremely excited. The best part is that she didn't even took a nap! She was busy looking at the event card. She was seeing what was available on the cruise for the next 2 days.

Meanwhile Robert was thinking how to break the news to Katherine.

'48 hours! Only 48 hours with her.', Robert mumbled to himself.

They both got out of bed and got ready. Katherine changed her clothes to something more causal. She wore an orange Pocket Detail Sleeveless Shirt with a pair basic shorts. She wore her converse shoes again and slid her phone into her pocket. She was ready and extremely excited.

Robert was also ready and was busy watching some shows on the television.

'Hey Kat! Want to watch a horror film tonight?'

'I don't think it's a great idea. If you remember when we are 5, we watched a child horror film and we couldn't sleep for 3 nights.'

'That was 12 years ago. Let's see whether we are that scared 12 years after.'

'Okay whatever we will watch. For now I'll get a a paper and a pen.'

Katherine walked towards her bag and took out a pen and a piece of paper and divided into two. She next to Robert and planned what were they going to for the next 2 days.

'We will go bowling, the casino and for dinner we will go for Chinese. Is that fine?'

'But we are 17 Katherine. We can't go to the casino. We had not reached the age limit.'

'Oh yes! I forgot. Then we will replace the casino plan with zip-lining. We will do the rest tomorrow. And yes for dinner there will be a performance. So we need to be well dressed.'

After the plan they went for bowling. They played for 2 hours and in the end Robert won. He's very good at such sports and Katherine didn't know how to play such sports properly.

They then went for zip lining. Katherine enjoyed herself there a lot while Robert was so afraid to even try it. He was actually afraid of heights. But Katherine forced him and he had to give it a try. He didn't regret trying it out as he had lots of fun.

It was already evening and they went to have dinner together. There were performance to entertain them and their Chinese dinner was fantastic. She loved the Chinese cuisine too much.

Now it was time for the big thing. The horror movie!
