"Jade, we need to get up! The concert is tonight!" I said, throwing a pillow at the sleeping girl.
We had gotten tickets to see 5 Seconds of Summer, and finally the day came for us to see our role models.
Jade groaned, and rolled over to face me. "Why are we getting up so early?"
"Cause I want to get there about an hour and a half early, and it's a five hour drive. You need to pack your things cause we are staying at a hotel tonight... Now get your lazy ass up, hoe!"
Jade laughed, threw the covers off of her, and swung her legs off the side of the bed.
I walked out of her room, and into the kitchen. I looked through the cabinets for something to eat for breakfast. Finally, I decided to make a few pancakes just to suffice until we stopped somewhere for lunch.
"What are you wearing to the concert?" Jade asked, walking into the kitchen.
"My Hemmings 96 shirt, some jean shorts, and my 5SOS converse. What are you wearing?" I asked, flipping the pancakes.
"Um, my Hood 96 shirt, some jean shorts, and my black vans. I guess we can match tonight." she laughed.
I nodded, "Breakfast is ready. Let's hurry up and eat so we can leave. We need to stop by the hotel before the concert. We can walk to the stadium for the hotel."
We both sat down at the kitchen table and quickly ate so we wouldn't lose anytime.
It was already 10 before we left for Atlanta.
"How long is this ride going to be again?" Jade groaned.
"From Nashville to Atlanta is about 5 and a half hours. But maybe there wont be any traffic... I can get us there in about 4 and a half hours if push comes to shove." I explained.

"Finally, we're here..." I said, pulling into the hotel parking lot.
"It's only 2:30. Let's get checked in, and then go get something to eat... Maybe we can go ahead and go to the stadium... They might let us in early..." Jade suggested.
We got out of the car, and walked into the lobby.
"Hi, we have a reservation for a room. We need to get checked in." I told the woman behind the desk.
"Name?" the woman asked.
"Oh, Rylie Miller." I said.
The woman started typing on her computer and turned around to the wall that held the room keys.
"You'll be in room 431. That's on the 4th floor." she said, handing me the key.
I smiled, and told her thank you. I walked over to Jade, and grabbed the small suitcase I brought for the short time we were staying. We got into the elevator and pressed the button for the fourth floor. We got off the elevator, and walked down the hallway until we saw room 431. I stuck the key in the slot, and pulled it back out. The light turned green, and I opened the door.
"Wow, this is bigger than I thought it would be..." Jade said, setting her bag down on her designated bed.
"Well, this is a pretty classy hotel..." I said.
I set my bag next to my bed, and sat down. "So, it's almost 3... The concert starts at 7... What do you want to do in the meantime?"
"Get something to eat, and then head to the stadium. I want to get some merch and then be almost first in line to get to our seats. Not like it will be hard to find the front row..." she chuckled.
I nodded, and stood up. "I'm going to go change into my concert outfit. You should probably do the same..."
Jade gave me a thumbs up, and I walked into the bathroom.
When I walked out, Jade was finishing putting her shoes on.
"You ready to go?" I asked, and she nodded.
I grabbed my wallet and my phone, making sure I had my ticket with me and the room key with me.

"Your wait will be 10 to 20 minutes. Thanks for choosing the Floataway Café!" the waiter said.
Jade and I sat in the waiting area, and finally we were called to be seated at a table.
"Do you want to share a pizza?" Jade asked, after looking through the menu a couple times.
"Yeah, sure. That actually sounds really good right now... Actually, I think anything sounds good right now." I laughed.
A waitress came over and took our order, and not even 10 minutes later, our pizza was brought to our table.
We started eating the pizza, and I moaned in delight. "This is the best pizza I've ever had, ever." I said, taking another bite.
"I have to agree with you on this one..." Jade admitted.
We finished eating the pizza, and then Jade paid for the meal, since I was paying for the hotel room. We started walking towards the stadium, and we immediately went and bought our merch so we didn't have to worry about it later.
"Ugh, It's only 5:30..." Jade groaned.
"The gates should open anytime..." I said, and surely the gates opened just after I finished my sentence.
