Chapter 45

~Rylie~

"Babe, you're scaring me..." Luke said, rubbing my back. We were on the plane to California, and I had already thrown up twice. Luke had come into the bathroom with me, and he was very scared.

"I just have a virus, it's okay.." I said, flushing the toilet. I washed my hands, and splashed water on my face. He grabbed my hand, and we walked back to our seats.

"Are you okay?" Jade asked me. I nodded.

"Yeah, I'm good.. Just a little motion sickness added onto the virus.." I sighed.

We landed in San Francisco around 1 that afternoon, and headed to our hotel.

Luke, Calum, and Ashton left to go hang around the city,  but Michael said he didn't want to go. Jade, Gracie, and Tegan went with them, but I stayed at the hotel so I could rest.

I was laying in the bed, and there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see Michael standing there.

"Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with me?" he asked.

"Um... sure?" I said unsurely. "Let me grab my phone and wallet, and we can go..."

I did what I said, and made sure to grab the room key also.

We walked down to the lobby, and decided where to go. We called a cab, and went to the aquarium.

"Really? The aquarium?" I asked, laughing.

"Yeah, I thought it would be fun..." he said shyly.

The cab stopped, and Mikey paid for the ride.

Since he paid for the cab, I paid for us to get into the aquarium.

The next thing I heard was a click and saw a flash. "Wait til Hemmings sees that his girlfriend is cheating on him with his best friend.." I heard a girl say. I turned around and saw Miranda from Hey Violet.

"I swear if you post that picture, it will be the end of you." I said with gritted teeth.

She smirked, and put her phone in her pocket. She started walking away, and turned back to Michael.

"Maybe this was a bad idea.." I said.

"No, we've already paid to walk through here, so let's do it.." he reassured me. "Don't worry about it... Luke will understand.."

I sighed, but nodded. I guess this will be okay.

When Mikey and I got back to the hotel, the others were already there.

"What, so you and Mikey are together now?" Luke asked.

"What? No!" I said,

"Not according to Miranda.." he said.

I stopped, and rolled my eyes. I turned around, and told Jade to come with me.

"Where are we going?" she asked.

"I'm going to kick that bitch's ass! I swear she will not live to see tomorrow!" I yelled.

"Ry, calm down..." she said. "We took their spot on the tour, she has every right to be mad. Go talk to Luke.. I'm sure everything will be okay.."

We turned around, and walked back to Luke and my room.

"Luke, can we talk about this?" I asked.

He nodded, and sat down. Everyone took the hint, and went to their separate rooms.

"Do you really believe that I would cheat on you with Michael?" I asked.

"I don't know what to believe anymore.." he said. "Rylie, I love you. I really do.. But we've had so many ups and downs, I don't want to lose you again..."

"You never did.." I slightly smiled. "Yeah, we broke up a couple of times, but I still loved you.. I love you now..."

He smiled. "I'm sorry for not believing you..."

"It's okay.. I guess I should've said no to Michael after he tried to... Uh, nevermind." I stopped myself.

"After he tried to what?"

 I could feel the color drain from my face. "Nothing! He didn't try to do anything.."

"Rylie, I will find out..." Luke said, standing up, and pushing me against the wall. He bent down, and looked me in the eyes. "What did he try to do?"

"He.. Um, he tried to kiss me..." I said. "But we didn't. I stopped him, and we said that we were going to forget about it. Okay? Don't do anything to him..."

He went pale. "He tried to kiss you? I'm going to fucking kill that guy."

"Luke, no." I said, grabbing his wrists. "It was truly a misunderstanding.. It was like one in the morning, and we were both in the music room, and we were dead tired. But he stayed in there to help me finish my song..."

He turned away from me, and then look back with tears in his eyes. "And that's all that happened?"

"Yes, I promise that's all..." I said. "I love you.."

"I love you too, baby.." he said, and leaned down to kiss me. We pulled away, and went and laid down on the bed. "I don't ever want to lose you, Ry..."

"Well, don't ever do anything to make me leave.." I said. "Cause I don't want to lose you either..."

I kinda did a longer chapter today... But idk.

I mainly facetimed Jade while I was writing this, so no music...
