Chapter 31

~Rylie~

"Where is everyone?" Luke asked as we walked into the dressing room.

I shrugged my shoulders, and texted Jade.

R- Where the hell are y'all?

J- Oops, we just left to get something to eat... We didn't wait for you, as usual

R- Whatever, we'll figure something out.

"They left to get something to eat..." I said. "They forgot about us, like always."

Luke chuckled, and grabbed my hand. "Let's go do something..."

I nodded, and we walked out of the stadium.

We walked around for a few blocks, and we came to a stop.

"Have you ever been to Times Square?" Luke asked.

I shook my head. "No, this is the first time I've ever been in New York."

He smiled, and we walked a few more blocks. "NYC is pretty peaceful at 3 in the morning..."

"It's gorgeous here.. Cold, but gorgeous.." I shivered.

Luke took the hint, and shook his jacket off his broad shoulders. He helped me into the oversized coat, and grabbed my hand once again. "You look cute in my clothes..." he bit his lip.

I smiled, and looked down at the dirty NYC ground.
"Ry? I need to tell you something..." Luke said. I looked up at him, and caught myself staring into his blues eyes. "Rylie, I love you, so much... I honestly do... I wish we could just start all over so I could fix my mistakes I've made with you." Tears filled in his eyes, and a few slid down his rosy cheeks. I reached my hand up to his face, and wiped the tears away.
"I wish we could too... I wish that I had told you about the whole waiting til marriage thing earlier, but it probably wouldn't have changed anything.." I sighed. "I love you, Luke, and I don't know what you are doing to me, but I can tell that it's something good."
Luke smiled, and leaned down to meet my lips. "Let's go back to the bus, yeah?  Actually, let's get some food, and then go to the bus... I'm starving!"

The next morning, we were on our way to Chicago for the next show.
"What did you and Luke end up doing last night?" Jade asked me.
"He took me to Times Square, and we confessed our love for each other.." I giggled. I walked back to the bunks, and grabbed one of Luke's hoodies to wear. The boys were in the stadium already for sound check, and Jade and I were waiting for Abby and Gracie to join us on tour.

"You confessed your love for each other?" Jade laughed. "Oh, just your normal everyday couple shit, right?"

I rolled my eyes, and flipped her off. "Shut up... I didn't need your feedback, bitch."

Jade smiled, and laid back on the couch. "When are Abby and Gracie getting here?"

I shrugged my shoulders, and opened my twitter app.

I hit the Tweet button, and within seconds, my phone was blowing up with notifs.

"Popular much?" Jade remarked sarcastically.

I laughed, and scrolled through my feed on Twitter.  "The fans are going crazy about the ring on your finger, Jade.. They think that you and Cal are engaged."

"Well, let them think that... Apparently, we might be soon.." she sighed.

"You don't want that with him?" I questioned.

"It's not that... I just feel like I'm too young to get engaged."

"Well, if you're really in love with someone, it shouldn't matter how old you are to be ready for such a commitment."

She sighed again, and slowly sat up. "Do you want to go find the boys? I'm so bored just sitting here."

I nodded, and we left the tour bus. We walked through the long corridor, and just ended up walking in circles around the stadium. We then heard laughing and yelling going on down the hall, and we followed the echoes to it's owner.

"Hey, girls. I thought you were staying in the bus to wait for the other two girls to get here..." Ashton said.

"Jade got bored, and I was tired of hearing her complain..." I told him.

Luke pulled me over to him, and I sat down on the empty seat next to him. "I like that hoodie you're wearing... Where did you get it?" he smirked.

"Oh hush..." I smiled. "It was cold on the bus, and I didn't bring any jackets with me..." Luke smiled, and grabbed my hand, intertwining our fingers. "I love you..." I whispered.

"And I love you..." he smiled, kissing my cheek.

I really do love this boy...

Okay.. I've been writing short chapters lately, and i'm sorry for that.. I just run out of ideas during the chappie...

I basically listened to She's Kinda Hot the whole time I was writing this... So....
