Xavier
It had been a few months but we were getting the hang of things and my maternity leave was coming up. The boys were getting bigger everyday and so was I. My hormones were constantly raging and Khari was the only one I could stand to be around for a long time. "Mommy." I looked up from my computer. "Yes sweetie?" I asked. "Daddy go bye bye?" She asked. I sighed and shook my head. "He'll be back tonight baby. He had a game. You don't like being with mommy anymore?" I asked. "Yes but mommy mean." I laughed at her. I wanted to be acting but mean. "How about we go to daddy's job and you can watch him." I told her. I didn't want her in a big crowd but I think she should know what he does and why he's always gone. It was the summer time so it was a little stuffy but the stadium was hotter. I packed up both of us a bag and called Nadia for her to bring Aiden. We met at the stadium, going in and getting passes from Zion to go to the locker room and be right behind the team. "I'm gonna go get some snacks. Take the kids on back and I'll meet you before the game starts." She told me before disappearing. The locker room was noisy and smelled like men and packed with fans and reporters and families. "Mommy there's daddy!" She and Aiden let go and took off in the crowd. "Khari! Aiden! Wait!" I went after them both I was out of breath and the boys wasn't making it any better. I finally made it to Byron and he was asking them something and they pointed. He looked up and looked at me with a smile. He walked over to me and kissed me. "I thought you were still mad." He said kissing me again. "I'm over it. It's stupid." I told him and kissed him again. "What are you doing here?" He asked with a smile. "We came to watch the infamous Bryon Harrison play." He chuckled. "Okay. Okay. I see you." He said with a smile. "Daddy are we going to see you play?" Khari asked. She was starting to speak more clearly. My dad said I used to do the same thing until Gramm started popping my ass for every time I didn't speak clearly. "Yes baby girl. You and Aiden and mommy and I'm guessing Auntie Nadia get to sit with Grandma on the side right behind the team so you can see everything and when we win, I'll bring you to the field with me. You and A man okay?" They jumped in excitement and we chuckled. "That's a heavy promise Byron." I told him as I tried to soothe the twins with all this kicking. "Don't doubt your man." He said before kissing me. We walked to the sideline where Nadia and Sanya were standing. "Hey granny babies!" She said as they both ran over and hugged her. I loved the fact that she treated Aiden as her own grandchild as well. "How are you doing over there?" She asked as I took a seat beside her with Khari next me, then Aiden then Nadia. "I'm doing pretty good. They seem to like all of this nose tho. All they've been doing is kicking since I mentioned it to Khari earlier." She chuckled. "Football is in the Harrison blood." She said gently rubbing my belly, making them calm down.
It was the fourth quarter and all they needed was one more touchdown and he game was theirs. Everyone held their breath in anticipation of seeing the ball go through the goal. Once it made it through the crowd erupted and so did we. As promised Byron made his way to where we were. He kissed me then picked them up and took them to the middle. The team mates held them up and they handed them both footballs signed by the team. I was beyond happy seeing my family that happy. It made me feel complete.

After the game, I showered and decided to go out to eat with my family. Some of the team wanted to go as well so we decided upon having dinner at the house. My mom, Nadia, Xavier and Gramm Victoria were cooking for everyone while all the kids ran around and the guys were out back drinking beer and talking. We all sat around the giant table out back and said grace then began eating. In the middle of dinner Xavier disappeared and didn't return. I excused myself and went in search of her. I found her in the tub deep breathing. "Hey baby." She said breathless and a faint smile. She was sweating and laying on her side. "Everything okay?" I asked kneeling down beside her. "Uh, my water broke." My eyes grew wide. I was about to get up but she grabbed my arm and squeezed tightly. "Don't say anything to anyone. The contractions are about 20 minutes apart so I'm just going to rest in here. Get Gramm for me please." I nodded and calmly walked downstairs and going to get her, causing all 3 women to follow me. "uuuggghhh Byron. What'd you do alert an army? Jesus." She said as I came back and opened the door to let all 3 women into the spacious bathroom. "Are the contractions getting closer?" Her grandmother asked. "They're about 10 minutes now." She answered slowly. "Okay. Byron call the doctor and let him know they have babies ready to make their debut." I pulled out my phone and called. They were prepping a room for her and by the time she arrived they would be ready. "Her father let everyone know what was going on and everyone was heading to the hospital.
23 hours and 45 minutes later, we were holding 7 lbs, 22 in, identical Braxton Avant, Braylon Avandre and Brooklyn Avalon Harrison. We were surprised when the last one arrived because she couldn't be seen. They were a blessing and I was happy. Xavier cursed me from the high moons and above. We had to pay for someone to create an extra nursery and have it done and ready by the time it was time for them to come home. They all looked Khari and she was excited to be a big sister. My future with Xavier was going just as we'd hoped and we were happy.
