"Penny wait for me in the car," Aunt May says swiftly tossing the key to her daughter. Penny nods and heads off to the car as Aunt May walks around the building and spots Hailee leaned against the wall. Her body hunched over shaking her head from side to side. "Hailee. Hailee sweetie-"
Aunt May walks over and gets in front of the girl. She places her hand on the girl's shoulder causing Hailee to lean up and place her hands over her face. Aunt May removes her hand and watches Hailee carefully.
"She could be dead," Hailee speaks through her tears that fall heavily. She removes her hands from her face. "I can't...I don't want to live without her. I love her. I can't."
"Hailee, sweetheart, you need to breathe," Aunt May calmly spoke even though the same thought of her niece being dead floods her mind. "Hailee, follow my breathes. Please for Y/n."
Hailee nods and watches as Aunt May takes in a deep breathe. "In through the nose. Hold..." Aunt May holds it for a second seeing Hailee follow. "Now slowly out through the mouth. Like this."
Aunt May lets out a small blow and Hailee nods, following. "Okay again. In through the nose. 1...2...3. Good-" Aunt May nods. "Out through the mouth."
She nods again. Hailee following the breathing exercise. A small smile spreads across Aunt May's lips reaching her hands up and cupping Hailee's face. She wipes at the tears and then lingers for a moment. Her eyes shifting back and forth between Hailee's hazel eyes.
"We're going to go the hospital. Okay? It'll be okay. Y/n's fine. She'll be okay-" Aunt May pauses keeping Hailee focused on her. "I know it may not seem like it. I get that and it hurts but we have to keep a positive mindset right now. Okay, I know you can do it. Yeah?"
The woman analyzes Hailee's teary face. The girl nods up and down slowly letting out a few heavy sighs before closing her eyes and pushing herself away from the wall.
"Okay...Yeah. She's fine. She's fine.." Hailee whispers as Aunt May drops her hands off of the girl. "Okay... Let's go." Aunt May nods and takes a hold of Hailee's arm. The two walk around the building to the car where Penny sits in the back, playing some game on her ipad, not fully understanding what was going on or really where they were going.

Up. Down. Up. Down. Hailee's leg shakes uncontrollably. Her eyes stare at the ground. Red and puffy, full of tears. Her fingers pick at the cuticles, flinching slightly when it goes a little too deep. But she doesn't move or say anything about it. Her thoughts swirl with the thought of Y/n. How she was. If she's okay.
Aunt May sat across from Hailee with Penny, whom's laying down. Her head on her mother's lap, fast asleep. She didn't know what was going on. Only knew Y/n was in the hospital. Aunt May being brave but couldn't help the tears that fill her eyes.
