Colet's POV

The ceremony has started. Katatapos lang namin maglakad sa aisle, I'm beside Maloi. Nasa likod namin si Mikha, Gwen, and Maloi's cousins.

The door opened again and this time, it revealed Jhoanna wearing a beautiful pink gown. She's holding a bouquet of tulips, smiling from ear to ear. Sobrang ganda niya!

There you are again. 5 foot 6 standing like a skyscraper across the aisle, flashing your perfect slightly tanned skin as your hazelnut eyes were staring beautifully right at mine.

Others find love in high school as freshmen, others at work talking about stress and saturdays, inside a bus waiting for the next stop, or inside a coffee shop where they order the same drink, at the bleachers of the court while they were cheering for the same team.

But Jhoanna.

She was different.

Her eyes glimmered in the dark as if they were as bright as the stars I gazed upon. Her smile brightened up the four corners of that place like it was always filled with darkness. She utter words that sound so perfect that even when you say the most random things like "door knob". A smile as wide as the oceans would still be on my face, she wasn't just a package from a land afar, she was sent by the universe.

But it sucks that I sound so in love when her name slips from my lips. Like how she sound so inlove when his name slips from hers.

Like how his eyes are the stars to Jhoanna's darkness. Like how his laugh is the music to her ears. Like how his lights up the room brighter than the sun.

Suddenly, she forgot about me as if I never existed in her world, like I was a snowflake falling on her palm and she's choosing to crush it in your hands.

We were the most beautiful story ever written, The only thing is that we were written in the wind, On the clouds, On still water. As if we were something meant to fade into the shadows of the night.

And it's weird that it's okay with her because she's love him just like how weird it is that this is okay with me. Because i love her.
