Chapter 21: Salamat, Jhoanna.

Jhoanna's POV

"What the hell, Jho? Kung andiyan lang ako kinutusan na kita." I saw Stacku rolled her eyes while Sheena made face. Queen, being the softie, just smiled at me as if telling me she understands the situation I am with.

"So I guess, maglalandian kami ni Colet while she's here?" I informed them in a questionnable manner.

"What the hell? Pero sana all?" Sheena giggled.

"Support ako sa kalandian mo, Jho pero bakit si Colet? Sana all talaga!" Stacey added that made Queen laugh. See? Kanina lang pinapagalitan nila ako dahil sa decision ko and now, they're cursing me because it's Colet, the one they're lowkey simping over.

"Parang wala kayong mga asawa at boyfriend ha! Ikaw Shee, bat di sumasama boyfriend mo sa family day?" I asked Sheena who shrugged off her shoulders.

"He's shy, okay? Hayaan niyo na." she defended.

I looked at the door of my room when it suddenly opened, revealing Colet with her goofy smile.

"Hi! Are you ready, love?" she asked.

"LOVE!?" the three said in unison while Colet walk closer to me to see who am I talking with.

"Oh, hello guys! We're going to Paris." Colet greeted them and sat beside me.

"Iba talaga maglandian ang mayayaman, sa Paris pa talaga!" Stacey said sarcastically, earning a laugh from Sheena and Queen.

"I have a photoshoot there, you idiot." I rolled my eyes at her while Colet pinched my cheeks and kissed it after.

"Alright, safe skies, medyo love birds!" Sheena laughed and ended the call.

I looked at Colet who's just staring at me now. Certainty. That's what I am seeing in her eyes now. I'm pretty sure that it's not with the way she looks at me, for I'm always in the furthest corner of her blurred up periphery. It's with how she looks at sunsets everyday, never the same but always with the beautiful way of how her eyes shine, as if they hold a million words and a thousand fireflies.
