Jhoanna's POV
I parked my car in front of Gian's house. He has something to say daw kaya I immediately drove kahit na katatapos lang ng photoshoot ko for a known brand.
"Hi, love!" he smiled but not his usual bright and genuine smile. I can sense na what he'll about to say is kinda serious and important.
"Hey. What's wrong?" I asked and enveloped him to an embrace.
He then pulled me for us to sit in his couch. One of the things I love about him is that he can still stay calm through his actions. Pero sa tagal namin, alam na alam ko na ang bawat expressions ng mata niya.
"Love, I think we need to go back in Manila." he started while looking at me worriedly.
"Why? Is there something wrong? Nakabuntis ka ba doon? Nako, sinasabi ko sa'yo Gian!" I panicked.
"Love you're making me laugh." he shook his head. "Mom's in the hospital. She collapsed. Queen wanted me to be there. Can we go back?" he added. Oh, babawas-bawasan ko na yata ang pag-inom ng kape.
"Of course love. No need to ask." I assured him.
"I filed a one month leave but I'll stay there until mom can fully recover. Iniisip lang kita dahil sa work mo. Andito na sa Sydney ang buhay mo, Jho." he said and kissed my nose.
"Love you don't have to worry about it. I'll book a flight now and we'll leave as soon as possible. Kahit ilang months pa yan basta para kay mama tita." I told Gian making him sighed.
"Thank you, love. You're the best!" he exclaimed and hugged me tight.
He ordered something for dinner while I am booking us a flight to Manila. I called my assistant that I will not be available until the next month. When I was hurting, he was there. Now that he is in a dilemma, I want to be there for him too. That's how much I love my Gian.
"Love prepare your things na. We'll fly back to Philippines after 3 hours." I told him and saw him panicked. Sa sobrang panic niya ay halos hindi niya na masubo-subo iyong kinakain niya.
