Just a little one shot for our Seaweed Brain's birthday.

Enjoy!!

You wouldn't." Keefe said to Percy.

"I just did." Percy challenged back. The two of the boys seemed to love each other, but at the same time, hate each other. Previously, Keefe had complained that Percy had 'stolen' Silveny. Due to Percy's son-of-Poseidon powers, he had won Silveny over. Or Keefe thought. In defense, Percy didn't mean for this to happen, but Keefe bought none of that.

"And I thought Keefe matured after the whole Stellarlune incident." Sophie turned to Annabeth.

"And I thought Percy would've matured at least a fraction after winning several wars." Annabeth answered. The two girls shared a face that both said boys.

Ro came by, holding a tray full of butterblasts and ripplefluffs. "Hunkyhair and Kelp Head fighting? Now this is as fight I want to see." She chomped on a butterblast. "One of the best things about Sparkletown is the food. Its worth all of the traumatic sparkles."

Annabeth glanced at Ro's wrist. "Why does your wrist say, 'sparkles rule!'?"

"A remnant of a dare. Proof I don't wimp out of dare people throw at me." Ro grinned proudly.

Keefe charged. Percy yelled. And the two of them started to fight. Percy fought Greek style. Keefe levitated. Percy drenched Keefe with water from a nearby river. Keefe lifted him with telekinesis.

"Oh gods." Nico stepped out of the shadows. Sophie tried to stifle a yelp at the sudden appearance. "If they die, I might need to schedule an appointment with my father."

"No one's dying today!" Will came in holding a medical kit full of ambrosia, nectar and other supplies. "Can elves eat the food of the gods?"

As if on cue, Keefe fell on the ground with a thud. Luckily, both had had a lot of training, so they'd probably be almost immune to small injuries.

"Okay. Maybe let's stop. You seemed a bit battered up." Percy held out his hand in a peace gesture.

Keefe reluctantly took it. "Nice try Seaweed Brain, but you didn't beat me this time. Next time though..." Keefe gave an eerie smile that looked like it belonged to Lady Gisela's.

Sophie was a bit unsure if Keefe could handle that. Sure, he handled trauma from his parents, being 'changed' by some shadowflux, but those where elvin things, not one on one sword fighting. He could use his new commanding power, but that probably still scared him.

"Now I wanna see Percy get beaten by Keefe. He's won several wars, battled the impossible and survived Tartarus. That should give any average child of the big three an oversized head." Annabeth said. Sophie looked further into her face. She could see scars, remnants of war, trauma, all hidden behind a plastered smile.

"We're more alike than you think we are." Percy walked by. He sat down next to Annabeth and planted a kiss on her forehead.

"You two," Sophie started. "How long have you known each other?"

"About six years now. Six years of trauma together." Percy laughed it off, but Sophie could hear the weight it carried.

No doubt the others had problems too.

Edaline came out with a plate of blue cookies and set it on the centre table of Havenfield's pastures. Percy dashed to the plate, and about one third was gone by the time he left.

"How? These are sooo good! They're about as good as my mum's!" Percy's eyes widened.

"That my friend, is what we call, Elvin food." Keefe gave his signature crooked smirk.

"Annabeth told me the recipe. I'm afraid we don't have human ingredients on hand though. So I tried to improvise." Edaline smiled.

"Are you kidding? This is Awesome!" Percy smiled from ear to ear.

Sophie couldn't help but smile as well with Percy.

Sometimes, you just had to let yourself relive your childhood.
