PERCY

Ro was cool.

Actually she's great.

"What do you need amoebas for?" She asked.

"To annoy." Me and Leo said at the same time.

You see, we're telepathic that way.

"Okayyy, maybe I'll give it to you. Not sure about you scrawny boy. Prove yourself first." Ro said narrowing her eyes at Leo.

"Oop, the Forklenator's here!" Keefe called.

Forklenator?

"Looks like I missed something." An old man (elf?) walked in. He has wrinkly old skin and smelt like feet. Don't ask me how I know how feet smell like. I don't. It's just what I think feet would smell like.

"Yeah, you did." Sophie added.

"So, who are these?"

"They're demigods, half-bloods they call it. Children of the Greek Gods." Bronte answered.

"Ah, good old ThunderBolts." Mr Smelly Feet Guy said, smiling.

Ok, how come everyone here knows Zeus?

"I've met Hercules once," Mr Smelly Feet Guy added.

"Who hasn't? He's not actually the best." Piper answered.

"You got a point there."

"Ok now when the opponent strikes, hit the hilt of your sword, sorry," (I forgot they use daggers, not swords.) "Annabeth take the lead. You know the dagger stuff." I stepped back giving Annabeth space to teach Sophie and her friends.

One girl, Linh, she's a Hydrokinetic. That means she can control water too. Apparently she flooded several cities. She was cool. And a guy called Tam. He looks an awful lot like Nico, dark hair, fierce look, and a sharp personality. He's also Linh's twin. Funny how the dark (emo) kid always has a bright, happy counterpart sibling.

I watched Annabeth teach Sophie how to use a dagger. It wasn't going that successfully. A big burly guy came out of the shadows and assisted Sophie with the dagger. Did I mention he had pointy ears and was grey?

"Right Hunkyhair," Ro clapped Keefe's back with a hollow thud. "If your going to giggle at blondie than Kelp Head here,"

"Hey!"

"He's going to help you. I'm pretty sure Sandor will lend you a sword."

'Sandor' the big burly grey guy sighed and passed a sword to a much too happy Keefe.

"Alright let's start with the basics." I took out my own sword, Riptide (or Anaklusmos) and walked over to Keefe.

"Rule number one, try not to die. Rule number two, always be aware of what's happening around you." I swung at the air to make a point.

"Why can't we use daggers?" Keefe asked.

"Because I'm not good at daggers. Okay? Now let's start."

Teaching Keefe wasn't as hopeless as I thought. He was actually quite a quick learner. Obviously not as good as Annabeth ( or me ), but quite a good one for a beginner.

"What's it like in the Forbidden Cities?" Keefe questioned after we were done.

"Well it's a lot worse than this place, but there are still some amazing places there."
