"It feels good that I don't have to stay in a hotel I can just go home and sleep in my bed" I say

"Lucky" seb says

"Also feels good to have three home races" I say

"Since when are there three races in Monaco" lando says

"Im actually surprised by how stupid you are we have been friends four years and you still can't remember the fact I'm half Italian" I say to him

"Oh yeah right forgot" he says

"I think I'm gonna head home now though it's kinda late"I say as I get up from the dinner table. It was Wednesday night and Christian had invited max, seb, lando, daniel and Charles over for dinner for a barbecue it was kind of a weird combination but Chris had a soft spot for Charles and lando even though they were never part of the redbull family

"Thank you Chris the dinner was great" I say as I hug chris and kiss his cheek European style

"No problem Lynn it was great having you" he says

I go down to the lobby and head out and walk home even though it was night I never felt unsafe in Monaco it was a very safe city plus it was always filled with people even if it wasn't race weekend

As I walk o hear my phone ring I see that lance is calling. Kind of weird but we are on good terms now and exchange a short conversation every once in a while.

"Hello lance" I say as I stop walking and pick up

"Hey Lynn this is kinda weird but are you free I need to talk to you" he says

"Uhh yeah sure where do you want to meet up" I say

"Just come infront of the hotel de Paris I promise it's quick" he says

"Ok sure I'll be there in like 10 minutes I think" I say

"Ok I'll wait" he says as he hangs up

Weird why would lance need to talk to me we haven't really had a one on one conversation since that one night so I'm kinda confused on what he would need to tell me. As I walk to the hotel I just thinks about what he would need to tell me. I see him standing outside with his hands in his pockets looking up at the sky I walk over to him

"Hey" I say

"Hey wow you look pretty" he says

"Thank you lance now what did you need to talk about" I say

"Well I know you probably don't want to hear this from me and it's kind of random but I think James might be cheating on you" he says and it hit like a bullet to my chest just the word cheating made me feel numb

"What would make you think that" I say

"Well Chloe and scotty were in London last week and on Sunday night they were out at a club and they saw him with a girl and they were kissing they saw him leave with her listen I don't want to intrude in your relationship or ruin anything I just thought it was best for you tonight"

But he had meetings Sunday night how is this possible

"Uhm well wow ok thank you lance" I say

"Lynn are you ok" he says as my breath speeds up

"I'll give you a ride home and call Pierre and Charles" he says and I nod as he helps me over to his car and I get in the front seat

I feel numb the whole car ride he stops the car

"Lynn we're here" he says and I nod getting out the car

He walks me up to my door

"I'm so sorry Lynn" he says as he gives me a tight hug
