I wake up the same way I have the past two weeks of summer in his arms with the soft sunlight beaming in through the light curtains in our room and a light sound of the waves crashing on the beach.

"Buongiorno" I say as I stretch out and pull out of his embrace turning to face him his eyes still closed and hair in his face which I pull back gently with my fingers I place a soft kiss on his lips and get up from bed to go to the bathroom I was my face and brush my teeth and hair I get changed into a swimsuit and a light dress I walk back into the bedroom to get my glasses and see Charles waking up

"Morning" he says with a smile as he stretches out in bed

"Morning my love" I say as I sit back in bed next to him

"Did you sleep well" I ask as I play with his messy hair

"Yes I did, did you?" He asks as I nod

"What are we doing today" I ask

Our summers were very lazy we didn't plan crazy activities or anything we just see where the day takes us most the time

"I was thinking going on the boat" he says as he sits up and puts his glasses on

"Sounds like fun" I say

"Just the two of us though" he says and I nod

"Come on get up sleepy head I'm sure breakfast is ready" I say as i get up and try and drag him out of bed

"Fineeeee give my a second Linnie I need to get ready" he says and I roll my eyes jokingly

I sit back ok the bed and open Instagram looking at all the other drivers posts over summer I must admit I like to stalk the grid quite a bit it's just interesting seeing what they get up to

"Ok let's go down" Charles says as he walks out the bathroom wearing swim trunks and a tshirt

I get up from bed and give him a hug and he kisses my head

"Let's go then Charlie breakfast will be finished by the time we get down" I say as I open the bedroom door and walk down the stairs holding his hand

"Morning dears" Pascale (Pierre's mom) says

"Morning tante" I say as I sit at the kitchen island next to Pierre

"What are you doing today" Pierre asks

"We are going out on my boat" Charles says

"Aww the two love birds out alone" he says

"Shut up Pierre I will happily push you to the floor" I say and he throws his hands up in defeat

"Stop fighting kids and eat" Pascale says

"Sorry tante" Charles says as he starts eating

"When are you going back to Monaco Pierre" I ask

"On Sunday night" he says

"Are you going to stay there or do you have to go to Italy for testings" I ask

"No I have to go to England" he says

"Why England" Charles says

"Well I haven't told you two yet but I'm moving to alpine next season" he says and I drop my fork in shock and turn to him

"What why" I say

"I feel like I need a change I have been with the redbull family a long time" he says
