My last race weekend as a rookie
My last race where all my mistakes could be blamed on "oh but shes a rookie"

"whats wrong" i ask charles as i notice he's fidgeting with his thumbs as we eat dinner
"nothing just nervous for the race" he says with a fake smile
"but...why you already won the championship" i say giving him a confused look
"yeah but i kind of have to win, it would look stupid if i didnt" he says laughing a bit
"are you sure its just nerves" i ask
"yes" he says rather annoyed
"and this has nothing to do with the fact that you and max havent spoken a word to eachother since you won in brazil" i say knowing its the real reason behind his behaviours
"maybe... im just scared he hates me now, you saw the way he acted after the race he was furious" he says
"yeah but not at you charles, you would be angry at yourself too its normal. I'm sure max is happy for you. You two have been frenemies for ages im sure you can put this in the past" i say
"yeah i guess" he says shurgging
"good now please talk it out with him because i hate tension" i say and he laughs

" don't press any buttons and dont speak on the radios. Two simple rules i hope you two can follow them" Christian tells max and I before we sit on the two empty chairs on the pit wall
"don't press buttons and dont speak on the radio" max says mocking christian as we sit down
"why are they all going so slow" i say as i look at the time sheets
"that's lando look" max says pointing to an orange dot on a track map
"its not lando its pato, lando is sitting out as well" i say
"ah ok, i thought it was weird seeing lando going that fast" he says and i laugh
"are we going to play around with the radio" i ask
"oh 100 percent" he says
"ooh i know tell liam we are going to do simulation crashes" i say and max laughs
"liam..." max says through the radio
"yes" liam replies
"ok so we are going to do simulation crashes in the next lap, we need you to just crash full speed into the wall to see how much damage it will cause" max says trying not to laugh
"are you sure this is safe" liam says
"what did i say the two rules where" christian says taking our headphones off
"touch buttons and talk on the radio" i say laughing
"get inside both of you" he says as we run into the garage still laughing
