Luffy's kick knocked Buggy back a few feet before his face hit the ground.
"Ack." Buggy yelped in pain.
Luffy went towards Buggy while Naruto grabbed Luffy's hat and put it on his head.
"Damn it!" Luffy cursed then glared at Buggy. "How could you treat my treasure like that!" Luffy said.
"There's spite on it too!" Naruto stated as he wipes the spite off the hat.
Luffy snapped his head to Buggy. "You spat on it?" Then he repeatedly started pinching and punching him in the face. "Don't you dare repeat his name!" He yelled. "Shank was your comrade! How could you even destroy his hat?" Luffy asks with anger in his eyes.
"I can say whatever I want! He's a bast-"
Luffy punched him hard in the face.
Eventually, Luffy got up and went to where Naruto was sitting.
"My whole life, there has never been a person I hate more than him!" Buggy said as he began to stand up. "That bastard he..." He began. "HE TOOK MY TREASURE AWAY FROM ME!" Buggy yelled.
Luffy and Naruto looked at each other with confusion on their faces.
"I will never forgive him..." Then Buggy starts explaining.
Shanks and Buggy were from the same crew, but the two boys hated each other and were polar opposites. One day, Buggy found a devil fruit in their treasure haul. So that night, Buggy snuck onto an escape boat, but Shanks snuck behind him and made him eat the Devil Fruit.
"...That bastard scared me so bad that he made me fall into the water," Buggy explained. "He even dared to save me!" Buggy scoffs. "That bastard."
"Wait.." Naruto said as he tilted his head. "So you have a grudge against Shanks all because he saved you?" He asked. "I don't get it."

"I'm not talking about that part!" Buggy yelled. "Because of that idiot, my plans were put on hold for ten years!" He said as his upper torso jumped up, getting ready to attack. "With this power, I will never let anyone touch my treasure and leave them for dead!" He yells then he flies past Luffy and Naruto.
"What's going on?" Naruto asks. As he turned around, he saw Nami coming out of the building they were hiding in. His eyes widen. "Nami, watch out!" He yelled to the girl.
Nami stood still, frozen with fear. "Crap! He saw me," She said.
"Put down my treasure!" Buggy yelled and stabbed his knives toward Nami.
Suddenly, as if Nami saw a blur, she was picked up and dodged Buggy's attack in the nick of time.
"Phew, I made it!" Naruto said, out of breath. Then he looked at Nami. "Nee-Chan. Are you okay?" He asked with concern in his voice.
Nami looked at the young boy and noticed a deep cut on his side. "Hey...your bleeding," Nami said
"Hmm?" Naruto asked and looked down at his wound. "I am?" Then he looked at his torn jacket. "Damn!" He looked at Buggy. "Oi, you stupid big nose! You ripped my favorite jacket!"
