It has been a few days since the Straw Hat picked up Johnny and Yosaku, and things have been going pretty well. The two bounty hunters have told them stories of past hunts.

Naruto was curious about Yosaku and asked, "So, you just travel around the world and hunt people?"

Yosaku replied with a cheerful tone, "Yep! Anyone with a bounty on their head is a potential target for us bounty hunters."

"Do shinobi ever have bounties on their heads?" Naruto asks.

"Well, Shinobis have their own way of dealing with bounties," Yosaku said. Then he pulled out a green book with the symbol of the Leaf Village on the cover. "This is a Bingo book," he stated. "These books have details on every single shinobi in their village. Each village has its own version of the book. This one is from the Leaf Village."

"Woah!" Naruto exclaimed as he stared at the book with amazement. Searching through the pages, he stumbled upon a picture that caught his attention. He noticed some letters written beside a person's name. "What does M.N mean?" he asks.

Yosaku leaned over and peered at the picture. "Oh, that stands for Missing Ninja," he said. "It's a label given to ninja who have abandoned their village or committed a serious crime and were subsequently banned from it. The higher their rank, the more money is offered to whoever brings them in."

Naruto's confusion deepened, "I still don't get it," he said.

Yosaku chuckled. "It's a bit complicated, but here." He started, then grabbed the bingo book. "You see this guy?" He asks as he points to a picture. "Mizuki tried to steal some of the Leaf Village secrets a couple months ago; some kid stopped him before he left the gates. He escaped, but he is still the lowest ranked in terms of danger." he explains, "You get it?" He asks

Naruto looks at the picture of Mizuki. "What does E Rank mean?" Naruto asks.

"Well, E-rank people are pretty easy to catch," Yosaku said. "They're pretty weak, so that's why they're the lowest rank; they mostly do petty crimes like stealing and other things like that." He said. "You'd only get a couple of people after you if you were this rank."

Naruto nodded his head. "How much money would you get?" he asks.

Yosaku rubbed his chin thoughtfully before responding. "These guys? The most I've ever gotten was a hundred berries," he said, "but if you want to make serious cash, you've got to aim higher. Look at this guy." He pointed to a picture of an S-Rank criminal in the bingo book. "Itachi Uchiha. He wiped out his entire clan. That's the kind of guy worth a lot of money."

Naruto's eyes widened in surprise as he took in the information. "Wow," he said. "That's...creepy."

Yosaku grinned at Naruto and asked. "But it's also exciting, right, little bro?" Then he took a drag of his cigarette. "Here, you can have this," he added, handing the book to Naruto. "Maybe you'll run into some of these guys and cash them in."
