***1 and a half weeks later***
Alice’s P.O.V.
Saturday was amazing! The boys got through to the live shows of course and also got through to week 2! Lily Lexi and I had watched X Factor at Lily’s house in her huge TV room. They kept teasing me about my huge smile that I couldn’t seem to wipe off my face whenever Micky sang I can’t help it okay?! I’m proud of him.
On Sunday it had felt like Dermot O Leary was trying to kill me he read District3’s name almost last and I’m convinced it was just to torture me. The stage was mental when they got through it was hilarious but Lily’s house was mental too we screamed and cheered and acted like we were actually there we did want to go but we couldn’t get tickets.
It’s been almost 3 weeks since we’ve seen them in person and everything just feels wrong without Micky around I miss everything about him, I miss the cute little things he’d always do, I miss singing with him, I miss his smile his laugh just everything.. God I sound so obsessed.
Dan texted me that morning
D: I think Mick may be dying missing you.. x
A: aww I think I may be dying missing him too x
D: lovebirds..does Lexi miss me?..
I smiled Dan and Lexi are so close but it’s really weird I know she likes him alot and he likes her too but neither of them will ask the other out they do act like brother and sister sometimes but surely they could give it a try? They’ve been skyping and texting for the last 3 weeks or so and still nothing!
A: yeah! Lots!
D: J I miss her lots too
But what they don’t know is we’re coming to see them today! We’re only staying for a day or two because we’ll distract them from practicing we just decided we missed them too much and had to see them. Lily’s driving. She texted me probably saying she’s outside.
L: I’m not going to see the boys me and Greg had a fight L x
A: what?!?! Aww babe i’m sorry a fight so big that you don’t want to see him anymore? X
L: I don’t feel like seeing him atm x
A: aww okay I’m here if you need to talk! I’m sure you two will be fine x
L: thanks <3>
God Lily and Greg can’t break up they just can’t she’ll be crushed and so will he! I want to go talk to her in person to be there for her but me and Lexi will have to get a train to London now and we’ll be late if I do that. I texted Lexi to explain and tell her to meet me at the train station as soon as she’s ready.
We got the earliest train we could get and after a mad run to catch it we finally relaxed into our seats. “that was hectic” Lexi puffed I nodded and pulled my headphones out of my ears. “alright then what’s going on with Dan? Why are you two not an item yet?” I asked turning to her. She looked surprised and shifted in her seat a bit.
“I don’t really know” she said awkwardly “well do you like him?” I asked stubbornly “yeah”
“well then ask him out! Don’t wait for him to ask you” I smiled
She stared at me “are you crazy? What if he says no!” she squeaked “he clearly doesn’t like me like that if he did he would have asked me himself”
