I wasn't able to do 5 to 10," Hobi stated. "I feel so dumb. The whole class was able to do it. "
"Hobi come on, it's just some questions. And those were particularly difficult. I'll explain these to you in the last period." Y/n comforted him.
Hobi wasn't exceptionally good at studies. But he always tried to be better and y/n liked to help him a lot. She gave him tutoring sessions.
"Ugh they are here again. They sneaked phones into school today." Hobi was utterly annoyed by their presence.
He was talking about a group of popular kids at school. They were nothing but kids who were super rich and didn't care about studies.
"You shouldn't be cynical. I know they don't study but maybe they aren't as bad. You don't even know them." Y/n tried to be rational.
"I just know they are a bad influence."

There was no seat next to Hobi, so Y/n had to sit next to Jackson.
Hobi was going to ask her to switch positions with him but before he could Mr Kim entered the class.
Jackson was the leader of the group he despised.
"I am assigning you teams for the group project today. Everyone teams up with the person sitting next to you. You have to submit it in 2 weeks."
Y/n turned around towards Jackson.
"Hey partner." Jackson smiled at her.

"I just don't want you to be involved with him and his gang of stupid friends. " Hobi voiced his opinion.
"Hobi I won't be hanging out with any of them. It's just gonna be the two of us. It won't be as bad as you think."
"Okay but promise you won't get too involved with them, okay?"
"Promise. And you are teamed up with Lucy I think? She is gonna do all the work for you. I heard a rumour that she has a huge crush on you."
"It's nothing of that sort."
"Are you blushing?"
"Hell no."

"I was thinking if we did ground research on this topic. Actually go and talk to the women of the rural area. " She was writing down her ideas for the project work.
"Jackson?"
"Yeah I am listening." He pulled his earphones out.
"Are you going to take this project seriously or not?" Y/n was very particular about her work, especially regarding academics. "I can just do this project all on my own." She stood up and was about to walk away.
