Draco was worried when the doorbell rang, usually when Harry was on a mission no-one came to his door, because Draco had no friends anymore and no-one even dared to come up to his house. He walked towards the door and saw Weasley on front of it. "I'm sorry." He said in tears and he handed Harry's auror robes a purple heart on it. "he isn't dead." Weasley said. Draco looked at him. "he just will never be able to fight with the aurors anymore, and maybe he won't wake up anymore. They are trying to save him." Weasley walked away. "can I visit him?" Draco asked. "you know you can't." Weasley said before he apparated. Draco sighed, he had to wait until an auror walked to his door and told him Harry is dead or he had to wait until Harry comes back in. Draco walked upstairs and saw his son. "who that?" the toddler asked. "uncle Ron." Draco put on a fake smile. "why he not here?" Scorpius asked. "because he is working." Draco answered. His son looked at him with confusion. "daddy is in the hospital." Draco answered and put the clothes down. "see?" Scorpius asked. "I'll try." Draco answered as he put on his cloak and picked up his son and he apparated. He stood in front of St. Mungo's and saw a nurse at her car. He walked towards her. "are you here for Mr. Potter?" she asked. Draco nodded. "come with me." She said and they walked towards a room. "thank you." Draco said. "I don't understand why people say you aren't allowed in here, he's your husband." she said and walked away. Harry walked inside and put his son down on the bed. Draco sat on the chair next to Harry. "guess what, I was right." Draco whispered. "he hear?" Scorpius asked. "I don't know." Draco answered and picked up Harry's hand. "you stupid ass with a hero complex." Draco said. Scorpius crawled on Harry's body and grasped with both hands Harry's face. "wake up." He shook Harry's head lightly. Draco took Scorpius. "don't do that." Draco said and put Scorpius on the ground. He felt Harry moving slightly. "Harry?" Draco asked. Harry's eyes fluttered open. "oh merlin you stupid bitch, how fucking dare you! how are you?" Draco asked. Harry groaned. "I love you." Draco said. "I love you more." Harry muttered. "you've got a purple heart." Draco said. Harry groaned again. "I'm sorry, but when Weasley approached to our door I was really scared." Draco said. "I'm so sorry." Harry said. Scorpius had managed to get on the bed and sat on Harry. "daddy!" he screamed. "don't be so loud I was almost dead." Harry whispered. Draco chuckled. "I woke." Scorpius said. Harry nodded. "were you a good boy, when I was gone?" Harry asked. "I bite." Scorpius said. Harry looked at Draco. "he is in his 'I bite everything I see and get away with it, even though I know I won't' phase." Draco answered. Harry chuckled. Harry sat a bit up. "do you want me to get a nurse?" Draco asked. Harry nodded and Draco went on the hallway, the nurse from earlier showed up. "how is he?" she asked. "he's awake, and asked me to get a nurse." Draco answered. "perfect." She said as she walked inside. Draco picked Scorpius from Harry as the nurse did some check-ups. "so your legs are paralyzed for the rest of your life." She said. "what?" Draco and Harry asked. "he didn't get a purple heart for nothing." The nurse said as she walked out of the room. "I'll get a wheelchair." She said and came back with one. Harry sat down. Scorpius climbed on Harry lap. "me love." He said. "who?" Harry asked. "Hugo." He whispered. "really?" Harry asked. Scorpius nodded. "we kiss like you." he said. "really?" Harry asked as he looked at Draco. "how long already?" Draco asked. "two weeks." He said. Harry smiled and looked at Draco. "they'll visit us tonight." Harry said. Scorpius smiled and hugged his father. Draco leaned to Harry's ear. "what even happened?" he asked. "I was on a mission and someone wanted to hex Ron and my muggle habits kicked in and instead of shielding with a spell, I jumped in front of it." Harry replied. "you stupid ass." Draco said and kissed Harry's cheek.
