both Draco and Harry are Hogwarts professors, Draco is potions professor and Harry is DADA teacher, Scorpius and Albus are in sixth year and James is in seventh year, Ginny left Harry a few days before the term started.
Harry strode down the corridor towards his classroom and met Draco Malfoy on his way there. "I was looking for you." Malfoy said. "okay isn't class started in five minutes?" Harry asked. "it's important." He replied. Harry nodded and looked at the taller man. "your children are doing bad in class, in all classes." Malfoy said carefully. "it's fine by the end of the year they'll be better." Harry promised. "you're letting it go like that?" Malfoy asked. "Malfoy something is going on and I'm not planning on spreading it all around the world, it affects me it affects my children and I can't do anything about it. so go to your classroom now and leave me alone." Harry said and walked into his own classroom where the first years were chattering happily.
Scorpius rose his hand and Draco pointed at him. "how come you can't use one entire hair if you make a double portion?" Scorpius asked. "because it's a very dangerous ingredient." Draco replied. "that doesn't make sense dad." Scorpius said. "did I say it would make sense Mr. Malfoy?" Draco asked. Scorpius rolled his eyes and nudged his friend in the side. He wasn't paying attention so he fell from his chair. everyone started laughing. "be quiet class." Draco hushed the class. Albus sat back at his chair when the bell rang and everyone left except for Albus and Scorpius. "I'm sorry dad that I called you dad." Scorpius said. "it's fine." Draco smiled and hugged his son. "can I talk to you Albus?" Draco asked. "sure." Albus said. "alone." Draco looked at his son. "see you." Scorpius left the classroom. "what's going on?" Draco asked. "what are you talking about?" Albus asked. "you know what I'm talking about." Draco replied. Albus took a deep breath. "dad told me not to tell anyone." Albus said. "you can trust me." Draco said. "dad said I shouldn't." albus said. Draco nodded. "but I already told Scorpius, so I think he's going to tell you anyways, mum left us a few weeks ago and dad blames himself, Jamie is not himself because he's stressed for his NEWTS and mum left and Lily is super sad, and I just miss her you know." Albus said. "okay thank you for telling me." Draco smiled. "it's hard you know, I don't know if you can imagine being in our place." Albus said. "I do, it's like my father left towards Azkaban, it was for the best, but I never really thought like that when I was younger." Draco replied. "it is terrifying." Albus said and a tear dropped down his face. "I understand, you shouldn't cry, was there any reason your mother left?" Draco asked. "our brother Parker is a bit of a fussy child, but it can't be that I was too, maybe because dad isn't a good husband." Albus said. "I think your father can be a great husband." Draco said. "maybe, he's just a little bit clumsy and oblivious." Albus shrugged. "that's just how he is, your mother married him for who he is right?" Draco asked. "mum once told me she mostly did it for money, anyways since mum left us uncle Ron isn't talking to us anymore." Albus replied. "oh that's not good, you can go now unless you want to add something." Draco replied. "thanks for talking to me." Albus said and left. Draco sat at his desk think what he just heard. It was probably the reason why Potter had been so off guard and has been having a short temper. Draco went towards dinner shortly after to find Potter's spot next to him empty. "where's Potter?" Draco asked. "Parker started fussing." The headmistress said simply. Draco nodded and started eating.
Harry sat on his bed with his baby in his arms crying for the hundredth time over his stupidity. A knock was heard on the door. "if you're Albus give me five minutes, if you're Jamie we can fly tomorrow, if you're Lily you can get a book in the library and if you're anyone else just leave." Harry said drying his tears, the door opened and it showed Draco Malfoy's blonde hair. "didn't you hear me?" Harry asked and put his son in bed. "I did, I'm sorry I opened the door, but I knocked." Malfoy replied. "what do you need and can't it wait?" Harry asked. "Albus told me, and I'm here to tell you something, no it can't wait." Malfoy said. Harry sat down on the bed. "what's it?" Harry asked. "I know what you're going through, my wife died too when Scorpius was very young." Harry shrugged. "you weren't left alone with three teens and a fussy baby." Harry replied. "when she died, she left me with a lot of stress, I was scared, that I would do something wrong, I did, but I could make up for it. it's not your fault she left." Malfoy said. "she left me because I'm gay, I give her all the rights to leave me, I'm not attracted to woman, she only married me for money." Harry replied. "maybe it's a little bit your fault but, I can't see why you should sit here crying in your dark room, when you can go out there looking at other men." Malfoy said. "because that's not okay the children want her back." Harry replied. "the children want you to be happy." Malfoy put a hand on his shoulder. "how?" Harry asked. "by kissing men obviously." Draco said. "yeah sure as if every man wants to be kissed by me." Harry said. "not everyone but I can name some." Malfoy replied. "name three." Harry challenged. "me, Theo and Cedric if he was still alive." Malfoy looked at him. Harry stood up. "okay then I'll go to his grave and snog him dead." Harry said. "funny, I should go now." Malfoy said and opened the door. "were you genuine when you said you would kiss me?" Harry asked. "I was, but who is a former death eater against a hot dead person." Malfoy replied. "you're right." Harry said. "I should go for Theo, who's still worshipping Voldemort." Harry replied. "can you stop being sarcastic for one moment?" Malfoy asked. "no." Harry replied and walked forward. "I'm looking forward for our kiss." Harry said and kissed Malfoy's cheek. "see you." Harry said and closed the door. he sat on his bed and Parker started fussing again.
