In this one-shot Draco and Harry participate in a muggle dating show and it has the same concept as the one from the Netherlands that is you have to spend the first 24 hours with each other and then you decide whether or not you want to extend, you can extend up to four days and you don't know who your match is until you're at the date.
Draco impatiently waited at the counter for his date to walk in. he didn't like being surprised at all, yet he was. His son had signed him up for it, thinking he was a sad widower who needed to have a date. Scorpius had only told him that morning that he was matched with someone, he had been given his suitcase and sent towards this location. Secretly Draco did indeed need someone, but he wouldn't admit that. when the door opened Draco looked up with a hopeful smile and to his horror he found Harry Potter in the entrance. Draco looked as surprised and shocked as Harry did and they just stared at one another for a while until Harry broke the silence. "what a small world we live in." he said with a smile. Draco nodded. "indeed." He walked over to the shorter boy and kissed his cheek. "here, my son told me to bring this." Draco said and handed him a box of chocolate. Harry smiled and put it aside. "I brought this." Harry held out a bottle of champagne. Draco smiled and they both sat down. "shall we do a regular introduction?" Harry asked. "sure, I'll start. My name is Draco, I'm 36 and I have a son. I'm a doctor and I would love to have a bigger family." Draco said. Harry smiled and looked at his hands. "I'm Harry, I'm also 36, I have two sons and one daughter. I'm a cop." Harry said. Draco hummed and looked into his green eyes. "I didn't know you and your ex broke up." he said. "we see each other more as friends than we do as lovers, but we don't have that much contact just with the kids, you?" Harry asked. "it was an arranged marriage and she died two years ago. Also I'm gay so no woman." Draco said. Harry nodded and looked at his finger nails. "Albus and Scorpius are friends right?" Draco asked. "yes, Albus has told a lot about him and you and how you've changed after school. I've never seen Scorpius before, but you've seen Albus numerous times." Harry said. Draco nodded he unlocked his phone and showed Harry a picture of him and Scorpius. "he looks exactly like you." Harry said. "I know." Draco said. "here are pictures of James and Lily." Harry said and showed Draco a picture of his children. "gods, Lily looks just like your mother." He said. Harry smiled. "and James and Albus they look just like you, but without glasses." Harry nodded and looked at Draco. "so what are your hobbies?" Harry asked. "apart from my job, I teach Scorpius the piano and I read a lot." Draco said. Harry nodded. "what about you?" Draco asked. "I have quite the busy life with my job and three children, but when they're with their mom I usually go swimming in the time I have nothing to do." Harry said. "swimming?" Draco asked. "I have a pool in my house." Harry said. "oh of course you had to flex with your money." Draco rolled his eyes. "as if you don't have any money." Harry said. "I didn't say that." Draco replied with a scoff. Harry chuckled and stood up. "I heard we had to sleep here, so do we share the bed?" Harry asked. "sure." Draco said and walked over to Harry. "now that we've properly talked let's play that game on the table." Draco said. Harry smiled and they walked towards the couch where they picked up the bowl filled with papers Draco took the first one out. "how many bedpartners have you had?" Draco asked. "one." Harry said. "really?" Draco asked. "don't mock me, you?" Harry asked. "12." Draco said. Harry eyes widened and picked another paper from the bowl. "what do you find the most attractive about me?" he asked. "your eyes, they're beautiful." Draco said. Harry smiled and thought about an answer. "I always found you in general quite attractive." Harry said. "what do you mean with always?" Draco asked. "nothing." Harry's cheeks burned red. "you do mean something by always." Draco said. "no." Harry made attempts to stand up and Draco grabbed his sides to prevent him from doing so. "tell me." He said. Harry shook his head and Draco got a mischievous grin on his face and started tickling Harry. they both burst out in laughter until Harry begged for mercy. "please, let me go." He laughed. "only if you tell me." Draco said. "okay, you know I had a boyhood crush on you." Harry told him. "a crush?" Draco asked. Harry nodded. "Harry James Potter had a crush on me?" Draco asked. "how shocking, we've been matched for a dating show!" Harry said sarcastically. Draco chuckled, he leaned forward and captured Harry's lips.
