New Mission

Lily's POV

Shit. It was 8 in the morning and I still wasn't asleep. Was Evan awake? Nope. Great. I was sleeping on the floor next to his bed. Debating if I fell, or if I just passed out there. Sitting up I yawn. Did he have food in his store apartment thingy house? I glare at the window the moon still being up in the sky. Vacuo was weird.

"Hey Evan wake up." I mutter jumping onto the bed as he almost falls off.

"What do you want now-" He mutters sitting up.

"I want to talk to you, why else would I wake you up?" I ask grinning.

"I don't know, maybe you burned my house down? Maybe you intterupted Copper and Ace having sex downstairs, maybe you found the bottle of whiskey in the bathroom?" He yawns, "Or maybe you broke a window again."

I glare for a moment, "They wouldn't have sex in your house" I comment, "They have better choices, plus if you haven't noticed Copper is a bitch. So that wouldn't happen."

"Okay thanks for correcting me. Still though what do you want? I want to go back to sleep." He says his eyes still closed, his black and violet tinted hair stuck to the side of his slightly tanned face.

"I didn't mean to drink so much," I say looking away for a moment, "But do you believe me when I say some people are more sober when they aren't sober?"

"That sounds kind of cool- kind of?" He mutters yawning and checking his alarm clock, "Come on it's 4 in the morning."

I glare at him, "I meant what I said is what I'm saying..." I mutter pulling my hair up into a ponytail, "I love you."

As I look back; his cobalt blue eyes stare at me, with either love, or fear I can't tell the difference between those two emotions. "This whole time, or are you just saying this now because I'm shirtless?"

"I actually didn't notice, I was looking at your stupid eyes, but..." I smile, "Yes."

The color of his eyes seemingly endless, "Lily, I've loved many people... and every single one of them, left me, didn't want me, or I just didn't truly love them." He starts, "The last two people I loved-"

"Temperence and I?" I comment.

"Yeah, but um, Temp- I was still hoping I had a chance with you." He says rubbing his eyes.

"Did you just seriously call me Temp?" I ask frowning.

"No... I love you more. Now please go back to bed? And no almost punching me in the face and rolling onto the floor." He says laying back down.

"I punched you in the face?" I ask laying down beside him.

"I said almost Wolfie."

"It wouldn't be an almost if you're still in love with her..." I comment kissing his cheek before rolling over.

"Go to sleep Lily, get me up when it's 11. I'll make you brunch. " He comments doing the same.

"I'd want bacon, and eggs with like, blue berry toast." I comment.

"Thank god you're not a vegan." He laughs.

Temperence's POV

I woke up at 4 am... to Ivory screaming down the hallway. "Aiden, make sure someone isn't killing her." I mutter putting a pillow over my head.

"Can she even die?" Aiden asks sitting up beside me.

I sit up annoyed, "I would like to think she could,"

We both walk down the hallway annoyed, as she was laying down on the wooden floor of the hallway.

"Did you explode or something?" Aiden asks, with sigh.

She sits up with a huge grin on her face. "I found coordinates. After looking through the now re-powered Mistrial contact building. Besides that all the people living there were fine! Do you know how amazing that is!"

"Coordinates to where?" I ask.

"Several inactive subway tracks." Ivory says, "The White Fang might be destroying them, letting grimm into the cities. Or, they're using them as transport to get more of their workers spread around Vale and Vacuo."

"How did you find out this?" I ask annoyed still.

"Well I kind of hacked, the running system, and Lukas marked a few places on the map." She reply's standing up, "What do you guys want for breakfast?"

"It's only 4 in the morning." Aiden yawns.

She glares waiting for a answer, "Would that stop you from stopping our team mates? Would that stop the both of you from getting married? Stop worrying about the time."

"Ivory we've been helping you for like 5 days now, yeah you'll pay us, but seriously you should pay us in letting us sleep for more than 8 hours." Aiden spats.

"Fine, I'll go wake up Lukas, and you guys can decide if you're going to help or not." She says walking past us down the hallway.

"Shit." Aiden mutters rubbing the nape of his neck, "A wonderful new mission."

I chuckle, " Very disappointed aren't you?"

Aiden glances at me sticking his tongue out; before we head to the kitchen to order breakfast.

Copper's POV

I pick up my scroll which was ringing, rather loudly. "Hello, I assume I have work to attend?" I say looking at Ace who slept on the floor, saying something about, I don't want to make anything awkward, the floor is cooler than the covers on your bed anyways. Unless you'd want me to sleep with you? To which I replyed with a nervous "No".

"Sorry for any interruptions, but the mission is being launched a week early." A voice rings, I was debating on it being Raven, but it was Eric, most likely making the call for her.

"There were no interruptions..." I mutter, "Okay, I'll meet you, at Vacuo?"

"Yes, congrats on remembering the map you got us. You're not bringing Ace right?"

"Are you telling me not to bring him?" I ask as Ace sits up awake.

"No I'm just not suggesting it." He mutters.

"Well since you generously suggested the topic, I will bring him. Where you can complain the whole time."

"Ms. Koyo-"

I hang up the scroll as Ace stands up stretching, "Was that one of your boyfriends? I could hear him yelling over the scroll." He asks yawning.

"If you could hear Eric over the phone. He wasn't yelling." I say standing up and walking towards the small bathroom in the house. "We're going out for breakfast. Get ready." I close the door behind me.
