Vetri opened his eyes slowly to the clear sky. He could hear indistinct chatter sounds.

An elderly person asked him out of concern.

He mumbled. Not seeing Abhi around or hearing her voice, Vetri was worried. He slowly tried to get up but he could not. Lifting his head he started calling out for Abhi.
