Chapter 23

🐰Bonnie🐰

I carefully opened Roxy's room door. The female wolf was lying on the couch with the girl in her arms. Both were still asleep.

"Roxy it's time to wake up." said I and entered the room. "Roxy?" The female wolf and the little girl continued to sleep. I sighed lightly.

I gently shook Roxanne's shoulder and finally she slowly opened her eyes and looked at me sleepily. "Bonnie? What's the matter? Can't you let me sleep?" said Roxy in a sleepy voice. She pulled the sleeping Melissa closer into her arms.

"But Roxy..." said I.

Roxanne twitched her right ear and rolled over on her couch, just about to drift back to sleep.

Melissa lay close to Roxy and snuggled up to her peacefully asleep.

I adjusted my sunglasses and then shook Roxy's shoulder again. "But it's already 6:24 a.m. and the Pizzaplex is already full of visitors." said I. "Freddy wanted me to wake you up."

"What?! It's already 6:24 am?" said Roxanne, getting up from the couch and instantly wide awake. She walked to her star shaped mirror where she immediately began to make up. She grabbed her hairbrush and quickly began brushing her long hair and tail. "I'm sure my fans are all wondering where I am." she said with flattened ears.

Melissa was now awake too and was rubbing her eyes sleepily. The little one still looked pretty tired.

I smiled and sat next to the little girl on the couch. "Well, are you still tired, little one? No more nocturnal adventures in the utility tunnels. Why were you actually in the utility tunnels?" said I and gently stroked the girl's head.

"Um..." Melissa took the plush Bruno and hugged it tightly. "I...I was going to look for Bruno in the utility tunnels because Mommy Roxy is so sad. I thought if I found Bruno she would be happy again." the little one answered me.

"Aha I see then you wanted to do a heroic act and look for Roxy's beloved Bruno. That was really brave of you Melissa...but the utility tunnels are dangerous so don't go there anymore." said I and then looked to Roxanne who was still standing in front of her star shaped mirror putting on her makeup.

Melissa nodded. "The endoskeleton scared me a lot." she then said.

Roxanne turned away from her mirror and looked gently at the girl. "You don't have to be afraid my sweet little Melissa. I will never let those stupid disgusting endoskeletons hurt you." she said in a loving voice. Then the female wolf turned back to the mirror and applied the finishing touches to her makeup.

"I love you Mommy Roxy." said Melissa. "You are the best mommy."

Roxanne's tail wagged.

I get up from the couch.

"Come on my little Melissa, let's go to the atrium." said I to the girl and took her hand. I left my room, hold Melissa by hand. The purple rabbit followed us.

On Rockstar Row, there were a few visitors wandering around and looking with interest at all the items that were in the showcases.

Three little boys looked into Bruno's room through the large window pane.

"Where's Bruno?" asked one of the boys. "He's not in his room."

"I want to ask him when his water park will reopen." said the second boy.

"Maybe Bruno is in Roxy's room and making out with her." said the third boy and giggled.

The boy stopped giggling as soon as he saw me. Then he quickly ran away with the other two boys.

"Oh why did the three boys run away so quickly?" Bonnie asked confused.

"I think because they were scared of me. I...I didn't used to be that nice to kids." said I and looked down at the floor.

Bonnie nodded.

"I so hope my sweet dog comes back. I love Bruno so much." said I to Bonnie and drooped my ears. I couldn't bear it never seeing my Bruno again, and the thought of never being able to snuggle with him again made my animatronic heart ache.

"I don't know of any other animatronic braver than Bruno. He'll definitely find a way to come back." said Bonnie and gently put his hand on my shoulder. Melissa nodded in agreement and clung to my leg.

"Hopefully." said I whimpering.

When we were in the atrium we saw Freddy, Chica and Gregory standing next to a table with some visitors. Megan and Chloe were there too. Suddenly Sarah came happily running to me with a golden plush Roxanne in her arms. "Roxy. Today is my birthday. I'm eleven years old now." said she. "I got this plush Roxanne from my grandma."

"Happy Fazbear Birthday." said Bonnie to the girl and smiled and adjusted his sunglasses then he went to Freddy and the others.

"Happy birthday my little winner I hope all your wishes come true." said I smiling to Sarah and stroked her head.

Melissa shyly hid behind me.

"Where's Bruno?" asked Sarah.

I drooped my ears and tried to hold back the sobs. "I...don't know where Bruno is." said I, having a very hard time holding back the sobs. Then I smiled slightly and said to Sarah. "Since today is your very special day, I'll give you a voucher for the beauty salon."

"Oh wow thank you Roxy." said Sarah and took the voucher smiled.

Melissa still shyly hid behind me.

Sarah looked past me to little Melissa. "Do you like strawberry cake?" she asked the little one in a friendly voice.

Melissa didn't answer, still hiding behind me, clinging to my tail.

"You can talk to Sarah my sweet Melissa. Stop hid you behind me. You surely like strawberry cake." said I in a soft voice.

Little Melissa nodded slightly and came out from behind me. She looked at Sarah shyly.

Me and Melissa followed Sarah to the birthday table. There sat Freddy, Chica, Bonnie and Gregory and Sarah's family and friends. We sat down at the table.

Chica couldn't wait to get a piece of the strawberry cake. Her eyes stared greedily at the cake the whole time.

"When can I finally get a piece of the strawberry cake?" asked the white chicken. "The cake looks so tasty."

"First we have to sing a birthday song for Sarah afterwards we eat the cake." said Freddy to Chica. The chicken nodded.

Gregory looked at Megan with love eyes and shared a chocolate bar with her.

Bruno likes chocolate...I miss my sweet chocolate loving dog so much.

We then started singing a birthday song for Sarah together.

After the birthday song everyone got a piece of the strawberry cake. Chica greedily stuffed the piece of cake into her beak and almost choked on it. I poked around in my piece of cake with my fork because all I think about was Bruno.

Melissa ate her piece of cake she seemed to enjoy it. Then the little one snuggled up to me.
