13: just getting started

Jisung's POV

3:30 hit, and I have to say goodbye to Mina, let the babysitter in, and head out with my friends. As I walked out of the door, I took a deep breath and let it out.

"Come on." Felix said.

at the party

Everyone got there at around 4:00. There were drinks, (alcohol) balloons, and decorations everywhere. The cake hasn't come out yet and the pinata either. There were fruit snacks on a stick, and Korean snacks spread out around one table. There were also lots of people, maybe some of Changbin's family, and random people I haven't seen before.

Okay, probably some of Changbin's friends. It's okay. Just, be the life of the party and you'll fit in.

I took a deep breath, let it out, and went to greet Changbin, bring his present, and greet the other people too. Maybe. 

"Changbin! Happy birthday Dwaekki!" I congratulated him.

"Jisung-ah, I told you to stop calling me that." He hugged me and I hugged him back. I saw Bangchan and teased Jeongin. Then I decided to push him because I'm such a great friend. Hehe.

Jeongin's POV

Ah!

I bumped into Chan, my hands on his chest, and his hands on my waist. He caught me and his hands wrapped around me tighter. I blushed.

"Ah- Sorry!" I apologized to Chan but for some reason I stayed there, in his arms. And for some reason, he did too. He was just staring at me with some dumb look on his face. It was cute though. I decided to use the same look. I grabbed his cheeks because of how cute he was and held his hand to pull him to go get some snacks with me. 

My boyfriend.

Jisung's POV

Hyunjin greeted Seungmin with a kiss and both went to go congratulate Changbin. Minho came with Changbin and Felix. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. I was supposed to ignore him, but I just couldn't. I forced myself to look away, but my eyes had other plans. He looks like he is looking for someone.

Me?

Minho found me, blinked a little bit then looked away. I looked away as well since we were going to bump into each other at some point. Felix saw me having eye contact with Minho, walked away from Changbin, and rubbed my back. I smiled at Felix and lip-synced 'Thank you.' I got up. My main instinct was to talk to Minho, but I acted like I was going to get a snack since that's somewhere from where Minho came from.

Eventually, I bumped into him because he was going the other way. I thought I was ready, but I guess I'm not. 

"Sorry." Minho apologized.

"No, It's okay! Sorry." I smiled. 

Minho's POV

I couldn't help but smile back. I can't keep my hopes up because he probably still needs to take a break. I was going to walk away, but Jisung pulled my hand. He looked like he was going to tell me something, but hesitated. Instead, he pulled me in for a hug. I was confused, but happy. I don't know how to explain it. It's like all of the build up of guilt was let out of my body, but when he let go, it was back in. The tension was built back up and I felt so lonely and desperate without his touch. I want it. I need it. I need him.
