Pacing back and forth in the hospital hall outside of Iza's room, Loyd thinks of a plan to keep this under wraps. The scandalous article removed about them a month ago was a small kick to his reputation if word got out that she was now pregnant he didn't know what the repercussions would be. Loyd concludes that he would need help, he reaches for his phone and dials the Hollow's executive; Hugo.

Loyd at a near frantic pace explains the situation to Hugo. As he listens, Hugo sprints to his office across White Lilly's Campus; upon reaching his room he strokes his computer to life. Flipping through the file they had on Iza, Hugo comes up with a plan.

"Sir, the current Hospital you're at is Spring Hill Hospital correct?"

Loyd is a bit confused and replies with an "eh"

A content smile plays on Hugo's wrinkled face lifting his trimmed beard;

"Perfect, it looks like that hospital is owned by the Fugi Group. It should only cost about two hundred million dollars to buy out. I will get a team sent over to the Fugi head office on Twentieth Street and have them buy it out. I'll send a separate team to retrieve Iza and you."

Considering how far the town of River Run was to N city it only took three hours for the Hollows to construct a contract and reach the Fugi Group's building in the city. Within the next seven hours, the deal with the Fugi Group was complete, settling for a mere three hundred million dollars for Spring Hill Hospital. It was more than Hugo had estimated but having the proposal come up on such short notice Loyd didn't mind overpaying.

This small price to pay was the perfect move, they would be able to not only transfer Iza out of the hospital, moving her into White Lilly's Infirmary but they also had complete control of the patient records.

Iza was sedated and transferred to the Infirmary under the Hollow's control. The Infirmary was on the lowest west wing of the academy, it had a total of thirty rooms, state-of-the-art imaging equipment, and three surgical rooms.

Iza was brought in and made comfortable in room seven, she would remain there for more two days. Loyd wanted to run every test possible on Iza to make sure she was healthy and prepared to bring their child into the world.

The nursing staff ran every blood test and scan possible. The results showed a few minor vitamin deficiencies but nothing more. A dietitian on staff reviewed the blood work and created a nutrition plan specific for Iza, passing it along to the chefs of the academy to follow. No stone was left unturned when it came to Iza and the child's care.

Loyd ordered that Iza remain under surveillance for the entirety of her pregnancy to keep this situation a secret from the press and ensure the child be born. Post stay at the hospital she would be moving into a modest estate that he owns; the property line straight up horizontally to the academy's westernmost property line.

The house Iza was to stay in consisted of twelve bedrooms and fifteen bathrooms. There would be a total of ten staff members staying within the home to tend to and supervise her during her stay, excluding the gardener and farm hand which would be housed within the barn's upper apartment rooms.

The home had perfectly cut pale pink, gray stone, with a black shingled roof. The driveway looped from the street to the entrance steps and diverted off to the north toward the barn that had a matching exterior to the matched the house.

The front yard had a maze of flowers surrounding wisteria trees. In perfect symmetry circling each wisteria tree were lush red and pink roses. Framing the roses were violet Phlox's. Around the base of the house lay soft pink ranunculus and cream-colored peonies.

Deep walnut wood double doors lead into the house, upon entering the shine of light cherry wood flooring would catch the eye's attention. The walls were partly paneled with frames of walnut wood designs and the other half was a deep sage green, a perfect match to pair with the floor. The huge foyer had double stairs on each side leading to the second floor which housed the bedrooms. Leaving the foyer and moving straight through the house you would come to a spacious sitting area primarily set for guests.

Behind the right staircase, a small hallway with a walnut wood door at the end led to the home's library. The library was a massive two-story hexagon-shaped room. The library had one staircase leading to the second story, the contents of the room housed the latest copies of every textbook and book of pleasure one could dream of. On the far side of the stairs was a sitting area situated around floor-to-ceiling windows and a large carved stone fireplace nestled between them. The sitting area in front of the fireplace had marron cushioned sofas and chairs, a perfect place anyone could cuddle up to read.

Behind the left staircase in the foyer area, a small hallway led to the dining room (right) and kitchen (left). The cherry wood flooring flowed into the dining room complementing the crisp white marble columns perfectly spaced lining the walls. Stationed between each column were decorative vases with fresh-cut flowers from the garden. The dining room had an oblong walnut table with floral carved legs that supported it. The table could comfortably fit twenty-four people at a time. The far-right wall of the dining room had two doors leading into the kitchen.

The commercial-sized kitchen had large gray tiled flooring and fresh white walls. Multiple stainless-steel appliances were available to cook from, and it perfectly allowed multiple staff members to cook at once in accommodation for party guests.

In the far right-left corner of the guest room off the entranceway, there was a long hallway that led into a greenhouse room. The greenhouse was kept at a comfortable twenty-one degrees Celsius year-round. The attending gardener grew a thriving herb and fruit garden within. With its vaulted ceiling, the greenhouse was even able to have a variety of fruit trees. Located in the center of the indoor garden was a quant seating area where one could enjoy refreshments and the unique smell of the growing room.

Iza was sure to have plenty to keep her content and busy during her time at the estate. Any additional requests she could potentially ask for were to be met and fulfilled under Loyd's orders; all excluding leaving the premises.
