Shiny Pokemon That DONT Exist

Today's update is going over Pokemon of whom, while we know what their shinies look like, they technically don't exist/Pokemon has never officially released a shiny version of them to the public to own. Yup, I'm talking about 'Shiny Locked' Pokemon. If you see someone with one of these shinies, the Pokemon is 100% Fake/Hacked. Therefore, you'll NEVER own a shiny version of any of these guys unless Pokemon does another distribution event OR you pay a hacker.

Before we get into this, while it is impossible to obtain all of these shinies through organic means, the reason their shiny forms exist for the reason Pokemon gives every Pokemon a shiny form. Doesn't mean every shiny is obtainable.

1. Pokeball/Origin Form Magearna

Origin Form Magearna is a unique Pokemon in its own right given its a mythical Pokemon whose shiny makes her look like a Pokeball. Unfortunately, while shiny Magearna does exist through the means of an event distribution back in 2014, Origin Form Magearna DOES NOT technically exist. If you see one of these guys in the flesh, it is 100% hacked. I won't deny, I have this shiny for the sake that I really like it and happened to get wonder traded one.

2. Victini

Another really great shiny, it is unfortunate that we cannot obtain one for ourselves. Victini was one of the hardest Pokemon to obtain due to the sheer lack of representation/events Pokemon has held. The first time you could obtain Vicitini was if you pre-ordered Pokemon Black & White back in 2008 and could defeat the game in a certain amount of time in order to trigger the Liberty Garden event. The second ever time Victini was widely available was during a distribution giveaway to celebrate the World Championships in 2022. Never has Victini ever been available to own as a Shiny UNLESS you hacked one into your save files.
